We have booked flat at a project named “Pather Panchali” at Boral, Garia, Kolkata-700154 and the Agreement for the said flat was done on 02/01/2013. Already, 10 (ten) years has been elapsed, the failed miserably to complete the project. We have already invested nearly 70 % of total cost. The company not responded with proper reason & just elapsing showing vague excuses. They are not receiving call & the behavior staff is not at acceptable....

What do I do with my pt809 taurus i think i has a short firing pin because sometimes it can't explode the bullet primer and i hammered it twice glad it is double action then it will be fired.

Myself, Saikat Basu, booked a 3 BR flat at Block-B (407) in Jun17, allotment and agreement payments we have paid, plus from SBI home loan Bank has paid over 7.05L in Jul17, as per booking agreement, hand over was assured by Dec18...invested over 14L so far. Every mth HL EMI is deducting. Complete project has been undone and untouched since 2 yrs. Absolutely Bogus Developer & Unprofessional, even their top mgmt hasn't been facing us. Just check in City, hand over can be delayed but if you see no work at all even last 2 yrs, what will you assume of it ? Team Taurus team, if you think you are playing with our hard money, then correct yourself, I can see single appreciation of this developer. Enclosed snap shared by developer in Nov18, till date no progress.

When all contemporary builders/developers are progressing their work everywhere in Kolkata and outskirts, why are they stuck up and silent in Patther Panchali, Boroal, Garia ?? I WANT MY POSSESSION WITH COMPLETE FITTINGS, AMENITIES, SERVICE BACK UPS, UTILITIES BY DEC 2010...God can even not make it I know. Team Taurus team, if you can see my complain, it is advisable to attend my complain and resolve, else count your dark days.

Kindly note that i was allotted an apartment in your project "the county" on 22nd july 2016.
The bulk of the property price 90% were paid by me on february 2013. Its been six years and i have not received a single update from you. I have visited your office and was promised that updates will be sent. I have called your office repeatedly and was told that concerned person will call back.

I am an nri who spend very limited time in india and i have trusted your company and invested my hard earned money in the promise that you will hand me over an apartment.

It has been six years and you had promised that you will deliver me the apartment in 3 years.

I request you to immediately update me on the handing over status and also if handing over is not possible then to arrange for full refund of the monies paid with appropriate rate of interest.

I had booked my flat in Tower 1in The County in 2015.As per agreement the company is bound to give possession within 42 months from the date of project launch or refund the money.Very recenty from my site visit I found the some part of construction of Tower 1 has collapsed and overall the condition is pathetic.I have compeletly lost faith and confidence in this fraud developer.They have taken the entire base payment of my property and now...

Booked two flats in team taurus county in 2013 in pre launch offer while booking told me that will deliver possession by 2016 approx till now not even agreement is being executed only provisional allottment given request you to deliver us possession or refund money with simple interest @15% per annum. Hoping positive response n resolution to matter

I booked my flat in Bellagio LVL NXT which is nothing but a pain. From 2004 I am waiting for the flat that supposed to be delivered by 2007. Unfortunately it is still under soil. They don't reply the mails. I am helpless. I have already invested lot of money for the flat and planned to started staying there but know I am in very bad shape. I have no clue about the handover yet. Greatest mistake of my life.
