[Resolved]  SumTwo Software Pvt Ltd In Madurai — Fraud company in madurai

hi all,
I have a moderate review for this one.

First I’ll list my concerns1) No Ac in office, Its damn hot to sit here for 10hrs a day (specially in Summer).
2) All the Chairs are half broken.
3) Lack of basic amenities.
4) no brk timing ...lunch should be taken first my managers, then leads and then member of teams...
5) They’ll pay u minimum (according to industry standards).
6) no transport facility and you'll be monitored always by PM's(TL's)...
7) Forcefully attend internal training (which is sick). I would appreciate if
company wants me to do any domain specific certification rather than certify one among other...

There are many more irriate to write all those.
Only thing I like about this company is the MGMT(very smart i***ts).
Small companies are actually fun to be, but not this one. Actually its the people around you who
make the place better. And people in sumtwo are always in complaining mode, always complaining about one or the other thing, which actually makes you feel sick from top to bottom.Few words about sumtcs. This
is where you pay some money like 1 lakh I guess, n get a job in sumtwo
software. Main reason why the company is filled with lame incompetent
people. This academy is good for nothing if you want to spoil whole career and learn fewthing about company politics/non-tech behaviours.

As the teachers(HRs & PMs) themselves do not have any idea about IT. its a
scam where u’ll be working for free (u’ll be paid ur own money for next
year). After going through the same process and working for one year, I
left this job. Now I realize how big mistake it was and how I was
cheated.Anyways, I dont want anybody else to fall in same hole.

Waste of Time, Poor fellas.Cheating is their vision! treating like Jail is their policy!! i'm sure no one get release properly from this company ; in the last 2 years;No PF, even though a candidate called Jana resigned before an year educational certificates will be held for the last 2 years.No proper interviews, highly recommended for Political Influenced persons then only you can get back atleast your certificates and Cassss Deposit(if possible) who puts 4* as review for this company which has -ve stars only.

Worst company and Management dont have clear idea, how to lead a IT company... They ask for original education certificate to be submit only they can join in the company else no use. they have dummy man as GM who dont have any role and mobile and web project manager who doesnt have enough knowledge on their role... and they dont have knowledge as of the business analyst and sales manager or testing manager in the company ; waste of time and your skills

If it is gud company? Then y they ask 1.5 lakh investment? Good company never ask money damn it. U get the money from us and give that to us by small installments for 2 years. Then where is our salary? Are u making us mad? 1st of all is this company registered?

Today i heard from one of my friend's sister that she got cleared in sumtwo interview process but after paying 1 lakh only she can get into it.I was shocked, still people are cheating to make money.I dunno how that company still not destructed by engineers.They are playing football with the life of future engineers.Guys make your goals high, try learn more, am sure you will become a very gud achiever.Better dont get into these kind of companies.Hey bloody*** who are all supporting this, tell me your number and details.I will register police complaint on behalf of all the students that your company is doing fake to get one Lakh rupees from each one.Guys think before you do.Who will ask money to provide job?If they really want to grow, they should invest, they should not cheat olike these.If they do so, then how can they?I just ask one question to all the employees who are all working.Are you all guys are satisfied with the company?If you went down into the well, try to get up from there.Dont pull down anyone into it.U only get hurt finally.Think guys!!!

fraud company. fraud peoples. they wont give salary properly. i am suggest you to not to join because they don't know to run the company while because previously they had started in the name of MIPS and now they changed as Sumtwo. Currently they don't have projects. If you b paid 1.5L means after 6 months you will come by yourself itself. They will ask you to simply sit. Please dont waste your time... Dont waste the amount also

It's not an IT company earlier for experience sake everyone was there now these *** giving training to some college students,
Recently New HR's Appointed with 10th graduate and they might be from some stationary shops.Now you will pay or sign in some bond after 1 year when you see that you can find lot of changes.
But throughly you can enjoy there
For Following Reasons you can waste your time
*Staff meeting - monthly once it will happen
*General announcement as they got project with some laddu and puffs (Never they will get Project)
*Meeting for change of toilet place
*Can hear chairs breaking and some one falling

Work Follow
*Meeting Got project Initially work on this
*Tech head this is the Work flow work on this
*after 2months Project head no no not this please change like this
*after a month Sumtwo one and only owner what the *** is this ?? change and do this
*after a month Client will say what the ******** is this ?

No investment on Peoples and also for company
per month 4 will go 5 will join don't for what they were hiring

Hello Friends,

I am working as a SAP FICO consultant from past one year in SUMTWO family, But I dint faced any such things you mentioned in the complaint, I sincerely oppose to your comments this is the company always thinks about the Employee safety and developments. If you have any doubts just reach our Office and you can see the atmosphere here. this is the comment provided by the earlier Employees who left the job those who didn't worked although Sumtwo will give lot of enough opportunities before sending the Employee out.

Please i request to the people who are commenting badly on our company need to concentrate on your Career and stop manipulating the People.
