Tata Photon Plus — Providing | |||
Dear why has no action been taken on Tata Photon Customer cares when they are still providing wrong customer care numbers and making the customer run here and there for a single query. I have made almost 15 calls to get an answer to my query to Tata Photon Plus corporate plans customer care, but still I couldnot contact them. I have seen a number of similar complaints made by many more complainees in the Forum. I didnot find any use of people making complaints to Indian Consumer Compaint Forum. The customer care no. [protected] is always engaged and there is no alternate number for inquiry. Even the tata photon + hub officials are unhelpful
