I have baught Intex LED TV 32" around 3 years back and suddenly we were out of station and the TV was used hardly for 1 month in small number of days during this period. Now the TV display is not working due to back light. i am not able to contact Intex and the person who i bought TV is saying out of warrenty and not supporting. mechanic outside warrenty is asking for[protected] rs. Intex please look into this and get this done if you do not want to loose your customer for future products. if this is not done I would be compelled to approach Consumer Commission and take legal action.

I'm Manish Patel from allahabad. I bought an intel ups in 14 October 2020 from Gemini infozone, Indira bhawan allahabad. I faced problem when I started using it.
Dealer said I'll exchange but currently it's not available. I waited a couple days then I complained & got bad experience, I didn't get any solution from customer care center.
Please do something, it's last hope.

I have buy a new Intex 2.1 home theater system in 1 month ago but now that's FM service not working.

Last time my washing machine problem solved in 4months.and now again it stop working and I complain the service centre many time always they close the complain and said that your complain registered yesterday.my washing machine is under warranty.

One call came from engineer name shankar([protected])one month ago and they tell me to send the bill copy and model number of the washing machine, then I send then he told me that your washing machine part will come then I will come and after that he is telling that he got injured by the accident.then he told me to contact vikas g then I contacted the vikash g.no one came not the problem solved of my washing machine .
I contacted both more than 100times always they are not providing the service and today they told me that "jaha complain karna hai jakeh kijye ek bar kiya 50bar kijye"

I am very unhappy today I buy the product of intex and getting this type of service.

सर मैने 24 अप्रैल को led के रिगाडिग शिकायत की थी । जिस पर अभी तक कोई कारवाई नही हुई है।
एरिया मैनेजर से बात करता हू तो वो बहाने बनाते है कि आज आ जाएगा इंजीनियर। लेकिन 10 दिन हो गए अभी तक नही आया। कल एरिया मैनेजर ने मुझसे बहाना बनाकर मेरी कंप्लेंट का ओटीपी पूछा और फिर कंंप्लेंंट को बंद कर दिया ।फिर आज मैने फिर से कंप्लेंंट को रिओपन करवाया है। एरिया मैनेजर led का पैनल लेकर बैठा है और यहां नही भेज रहा। प्लीज इस पर जल्द से जल्द एक्शन लीजिये।
