It is totally different that what I ordered and the person is not picking up the call

All contacts are showing fraud..

I had purchased bose sound sport for 2999/- from pickrrtechnologies through emart with ref id 2064 and order id 5289973 dated 7/01/2019 i received the parcel on 14/01/2019, but when i opened the parcel i was shocked to see the item was totally different from the item i ordered. I recieved a cheap quality sony earphone made in chaina. I had tried to call emart customer care number several times but could not connect, i tried to call the supplier, first he responded to the call but when i told him about the problem he disconnected the call saying wrong no.

My self Jwalit Panchal . I bought Nokia N73 from your Website(The-Emart) before 8 months. But very big problem. This handset not properly work at that purchase time, and work very slow, and also many problems in this handset. I called u many times in your customer care number, but always ask "Switch Off". And also email u in ur email id, but not properly response.

Please replace of my handset or refund. Otherwise i Complain u in Consumer Care.

Sir i bought a MI POWER BANK on the emart shoppig site on 15 oct 2016 the power bank is a defective or a dameged and i do them mails or call but they are still not responding and not changging my product and not giving any responce and the site is showing under maintenance and his phone number is showing busy i call and mails him lot of but they still not responding

against my complaint but you didn't gave me any solution. Your no.

office. They said to me that the product should be send to your address. If
you have not any solution for my problem then they will be do action
