So I called customer care to ask for service.
So they come to have a look and told us they will need new PCB to change with the older one.

Without even solving the issue, they wanted us to pay for service.
Now its been more than 10 days but there is no output from their end, No calls, no help,

Why you all sell products if you cannot provide service.

This letter is to draw your attention to the continuous water leakage in cooler (DELTACOOL) we have taken from Bhopal on 8th April 2021. The water is leaking from multiple places causing damage. It is becoming increasingly difficult to cope with the situation.
I have already communicated my complaint to service center verbally but no actions have been taken so far. The Reference No. for the same is B[protected]. I kindly ask to handle this matter in a top priority fashion and plan for a permanent solution.

I very much regret to inform you that Intex product quality and customer care service both are very bad. No one is listening to customers' complaints.
I had booked a complaint no A[protected] on the 19/10/2020 after very long follow up Intex team has replaced my LED with old repaired LED. Now again i repaired LED has stopped working on 10/03/2021 & i have booked complaint no B[protected] on dated 11/03/2021. Intex team give me 25/03/2021 date to solve my complaint but in spite of regular requests Intex team has not solved my complaint & gave me new date 03/04/2021 to solve my complaint but today again my complaint has not solved. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

We bought 6.2 kg top load Washing machine 2 years ago in Bangalore. We are facing too much problem with that. Last time motor was not working they took 2 months to come from 15km. This time motor is not working again, After calling to the Customer care one person called me he told he is the Engineer his name is Sudeep S. Raju,
Contact number [protected]. He behaved very badly with me he don't know how to talk with a Lady. I want to complain against the company along with that person for misbehaving with a women Consumer.

And after that I visited for minimum 10 tims to tha centre but I only found it closed everytime and the mobile number provided in the receipt also remains switched off. S here is the request to please provide me my item which was under warranty at that time so that I could meet my work and needs fully.

We had an issue with our TV a few days ago. We registered a complaint with Intex with the following ref number: B[protected].

The service person (Bangalore - mobile number: [protected]) came and took the TV motherboard out. It was about 10 days ago. Now, he is not responding to calls or messages and not doing anything about the TV. There is no help from your customer service either.

Please have the TV restored as soon as possible. Or else, have them return the motherboard that they took.

We had purchased a Intex 32 " LED 3221 HD TV. on November 7, 2018 which had a warranty of 1+2 Years as per manufacturing policy but the Tv stopped working within one year.

Soon after in the same month in May 2020 it was given in nearby service center naming "Ray Services" Mala Panaji Goa with an advance of 350/- Rs as servicing charges and additional 3, 500/- to change the part of the TV which was not working, but after replacing also it was facing same problem TV was not working, and later we were told that the Television set will be returned to the company and it will be replaced with a new once.

So from that day till now after regular calls, personal visits we can hear only that we are busy, Not available, Stock is over, having food and so on.
So finally I decided to directly contact through mail.

I am attaching all the details please find the attached copies.
