Please note that on 18/10/2020 i have booked complaint with Intex against my LED poor color display problem ref no A[protected]. After very long follow Intex has replaced my LED with old repaired LED. But now after one month replaced LED has stopped working there is no power in my LED. I have also booked new complaint with Intex ref no A[protected] dt. 25/12/2020 . Now Intex is asking me to pay visiting charges Rs.500/- under warranty period . You are requested to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

I have purchased TV on 16-july-2020, we are facing some issue in this TV, it's not working properly so, about this issue I have already raised complain to intex customer care on 30-oct-2020 then after 2-3 days intex engineer had visit and he said that TV mother board is not working and it would be changed. After 10 days they said that this TV's mother board is not available and we will send you a new TV but this TV have no complete features as in you TV.
I said, i will not accept this TV, I requested to him that give me same model TV or give me that TV which have complete features as in my TV but till the date no body resolve this issue and when we call to customer care or a person they are not resolving the issue
and it's seems they are trying to close this matter.

I request to you please help to do refund my money or to do get me a new TV which have same features as in my TV.

I would like to inform you that Intex has replaced my LED Sr No.[protected] with old repaired LED under warranty period. I have booked complaint on 19/10/2020 Ref no A[protected] for color display problem in my LED. After very long followup yesterday Intex engineer replaced my LED with old repaired LED under warranty period. Replaced LED picture quality is not good which is not acceptable for me. You are requested to please repair my LED SR[protected].

We are not satisfied from INTEX service, not provide service till date against complaint on 11/11/2020,
There is issue (not visual picture) in INTEX LED TV (in warranty period ) we had done complaint to service center on 11/11/2020 & they were committed that we will solve the your issue in 7 to 10 days, otherwise we will replace your product. After 10 days we call again to service, but they committed for 24/11/2020, we were wait but not response from them, last day again we talk to service but they are excuses all time.

Complaint Ref. No : A[protected]. There is a complaint on 15th Sept, 2020 for non working of the TV for which we have paid the service charge but, the service engineer has attended but not able to rectify the problem due to faulty card send by Intex. Till date it is not settled.

Refrigerator not cooling and not fridge

Using intex tv from 2 years, 3 month before automatically goes off. I have raised the complaint and share the issue. From last 3 month they are lying me and each day they come up with new commitment and avoid my calls for 2-3 day. I can understand the current situation of country but 3 month is not valid for resolving the single issue.

I will purchase a TV it has no connected anyone pindrive and no media see plzz update our TV [protected]

I habe bought a intex new washing machine, but i fount when i opened that is damaged, i complained that's, but no. Respone. I want to change body by compnay, drain body is damage. I bought its in june.

I am customer of intex led tv. My complaint register with intex since 20.08.20 but still nothing is done. Last 7 days i am calling to every day to rathore enterprises & customer care both making me fool every day i am getting a same answer that the faulty part is pending for approval.

Today i am calling to know my status both number of rathore enterprises not responding my calls.
They are even not telling me the part is when going to deliver at my address with engineer.

This TV has no quality, Company in cheating the consumers with low quality products, I had bought this product with cost of 34, 490 .00 with 3 years warranty and in last two year, second time TV is not working, It means, Exactly on year, this product will work. Now i have raised the complaint with Help desk, but as of now, no resolution. They should not sold this kind of low quality products.

I have intex led tv of 32 inch. I complaint to intex company for tv not working properly. Company's service man is not visited to my home even i have home services facility. I reach service centre at surat location and they repaired the same. But after two days again tv is not working properly. I also reach again and same they also repaired the same but now again my tv is not working properly.

Now i am very tried for this type of service. They are not solve permanently problem in my tv. I want to replace the same and provide me new piece.

Am waiting for more than 50days, still am not get any solution. Whenever i call to the customer care they said "we are escalating". What is the use of escalating?. Am selecting intex for the only reason is indian brand. This type of service will spoil everything. 06/08/2020 my product warranty is going to barred. Kindly give a solution in urgent basis.

I have registered complaint regarding repair of my led 55 tv on intex app on 20/04/2020. The product is coverd in warranty til 20/06/2020. Intex did not repaired the tv till know. Know they are saying the panel is on repair and the part is not available so the y cant repair. At last they are saying to exchang my 55inch tv to 50 inch by paying adittional 5000 rupees. I said to them that my complaint is under warranty so repair it or give 55 tv. Till kow the issue not solve. They are making delay that by force me obey their 50 inch tv

Led tv software complient service engineer visit may 11 2020 he say mother board complient then service centre calls after four days your tv mother board is ordered... But pcb is not stock in head office so we not say clearly when this problem solved... Three months no response think problem so I need products replacement or amount refund... Other wise I complient public and media flash news

I bought IT- PB10K POLY-01 on the date 30/09/2019. Only 2-3 month perform properly after i face charging issue on this worst product. Charging time is taken aprox 5-6 hour and drain time only 35-50 minutes.
