it is humbly stated that I have purchased INTEX AQUA mobile in July 2013. I faced problems in the set during this period.I went to your service centre to solve the problem by depositing mobile on dated 6.2.2014 but problem was not solved . Now they told me that this problem did not solved you can get an old mobile of same model on dated 6.3.2014 .I refused to take an another old mobile . Now the mobile set is with them . The problem is not geving to solve the employees of service station are not behaving gently with me. My set is also with them and not ensuring me when they return me the set Please solved my problem in the peace of me. I am face a lot of problem in my life.please give a justice to me. Thanking you

I have purchased a INTEX AQUA HD Mobile, M_IMEI :- [protected], S_IMEI :- [protected], MSN:- 13P[protected], SAP CODE :[protected] and model number BR-1875AD . I have purchase at jasmin- Infinite Trade Pvt Ltd, Vadodara ( Gujarat) date1 March 2014 .Unfortunately, the mobile INTEX AQUA HD has not
performed well, Im use Internet then after 5 to10 mint this mobile front side top person suddenly very warm and another side camera person also very warm and WiFi didn't connecting properly the service was inadequate to resolve the problem, I would like to the specific action example i want refund and replace-ment. I look forward to your reply and resolution of my problem. I will wait please contact me. I am belong to lower middle class family, i have expenditure my one month salary for buy this handset.

I give my mobile for repairing on 6/1/2014 in authorised service center of intex.
but even today(20/02/2014) I will not get my mobile back.
And employee of service center give false promises to provide it in 5-6 days every time.
even we not get satisfactory answer from authority.
please do needful and give your help.

20.02.14 Dear Sir, Yet not solve my Intex cloud X1 mobile problem by them even after given many times reminders, mails & telecommunications. Follow ups taken from since Oct'2013. After mobile reset by them only 150MB internal phone storage memory & RAM available on my phone in place of 512MB internal storage and 256MB RAM as per intex product specification. Due to reduction in internal storage capacity and RAM, my phone not works properly and troubling lots and not able to use Intex mobile due to above problem. Also twice time received back my mobile from Intex Service Center (Bhavnagar) without rectifying mobile problem (more than one month time taken & return back without solving problem). I am troubling & suffering since from Oct'13 due to reduction / low internal storage memory and RAM of Mobile. i have purchased Intex FM, IT-188 SUF, in Oct 2013, and Nov 2nd 2013, i got problem, near about 5th of Nov 2013 i deposit in service center and 10th Nov. And in got it back on 17th of Feb 2014, i got my FM back from Service center but still it's not working. when i call to customer care they told me to go back in service center. i am tired from Intex Products this one is my last intex product that i have purchased, in the future i will not purchase any intex product...

I have bought a intex phone but its battery back up is worst.it takes 3 to 4 hrs to charge but it works only for 2 hrs...I got changed my battery 2 times form service center after that same problem is here. I am facing this problem since first day of the purchase of mobile. Now i have subbmitted my phone to service center to repair because they were saying that in this phone having some heating problem and we will send it to head office for repair. dera sir, I have purchased my 32'' led intex tv from saluja electronics patna.on 6th oct 2012 . I have noticed that just after completion one year on 1st nov 2013 my tv has stopped functioning and only showing thin multicoloured strips on screen.. I have complained for the same to intex on 2nd nov 2013 but no any response have come yet . whenever I contact them they are telling that the engineer will reach within 12 to 24 hours

advise me what to do.

I have bought a phone 4 month ago since purchasing date its battery is not worked more than 2 hrs. I have got changed my battery from service center 2 times still facing same problem. i have purchased this phone for Rs 6400. Dear Sir, I have intex aqua wonder model. It was purchase last month. Day one its having some problem like time not update, hanging issue, touch not working proper etc. After that I have use it. But last week its touch screen stops working. Then I go intex service center alwar location. He takes my mobile & told call me tomorrow. Again I call next day but he did not tell any. Request you to please tell me except status when I get my ok phone. I believe Intex Company doesn’t break my faith on brand. Here I also attached Letter those given by center. Service centre hassasment
I have given a UPS to Intex Service Centre at bhubaneswar on 23th May 2013 against JOb No.[protected]. Two times receive the ups but still no results.

First time Receive...
No repaired by service center but he said your ups is ready.

Second time Receive....
When ever i call the service centre (Mr behera babu.) says that battery is out of stock and the ups will be ready in two days.

I have made so many complain regarding me speakers 10800W
Its not working 1st complain was registered on 28th March with the complain no.[protected] on that time somwbody guide me that within 72 hrs your problem will be solved. But it's not

2nd time I again Made a call on 10th April with complain No. 1N10041056 again I am getting the same response

3rd time again i made a call on 16th April again the same response

Today is 28th April and you people have not any guts feeling to call me or ask me that sir your problem has been solved or not

If you people are not able to solve my problem then what's the reason that customer care department convey the msg that your prblem will be solved in 72 hrs

sir i m gulshan. Meine 18 nov. 2012 ko intex aqua s mobile purchase kia tha. Lekin jab se mobile liya hai tab se ab tak mobile proper work nahi kar raha. Kabhi apne aap function open hone lagte hai kabhi hang ho jata kabhi mic me prob. Ye sab prob. Aarahi hai jab se mobile liya hai. Service center pe kitni baar dikha chuka hu but kuch nahi ho raha hai. Aaj hi 20 din me company se aaya hai but jaisa diya th vaisa hi mila 1 % bhi theek nahi hua but or bhi jyada fault aagya hai. Ab kya karu.
Company ko mail ki kaafi baar but vo kahte hai service center pe dikhaao.

I am Dharamraj Kumar and i have bought an Intex Boss mobile Phone with IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] since last two month before through INFIBEAM.. But i have been totally upset with this product as i have been constantly facing problem. There are many features which are used to sell the mobile which are not functioning:

1. Lock button not working

2. Battery backup is less than 4hrs against long lasting battery backup mentioned for this phone…very very bad battery back.

3. Battery not charging.

4. Key no. 7 not properly working.

5. Some irritative sound has found when talking somebory.

I would much appreciate for your help to find resolution on the same.

complain detail: i have buy this mobile with i year warranty. in warranty there is some problem i submit it on customer service center. after 2 month i get it this it not my real mobile the service center is replace by any other mobile and few day i want to recheck it then i know this is not my real mobile. when i'll want to service center they will claim me about the change.

Being a Retailer we deal with many vendors and service centers. But dealing with your service center (142 Lenin Sarani) left us with bitter experience. One thing we understood – they want to make money – even if the product is under warranty – by hook or by crook .

• They never said anything during accepting the product (UPS 600 VA Protector) – (we have overlooked the receipt copy – No. 1208CP2592097) – that the warranty seal was broken.
• During getting the UPS repaired they did not take our consent on the charges (Rs.400/-) required.

We have gone pillar to post – called up the toll free number - but the result was disappointing. At this point we are Paying the above said amount to the service center – and making us sure NOT TO USE ANY INTEX PRODUCT ANY MORE. Also we are putting this in the public domain.

If Intex is valuing us – they must talk to us and without fail refund us back the above said amount.

Last Deepawali I have purchased a 5.1 Channel Intex DVD player with Home thearer speaker system containing One subwoofer and five small (surround) speakers. But hardly after six months speaker remote stopped working, after one-two months button to change 5.1 channel and normal mode was not working and now the DVD remote stopped working. I tried again and again placing new batteries but got no result.

Please look into the matter and arrange to solve my problems.

Hi,

This is to bring into your notice that on 8th June 2011, I have purchased an Intex UPS 650 VA from Shweta Computers & Peripherals (CTC) Hyderabad with TIN no: [protected] and Tax Invoice no: 26010.
Ever since I purchased the UPS it is not working fine. The only mistake which i did was i did not check it when i purchased it, carrying the complaint i went to Shweta Computers but they redirected me to go to Intex local repair shop at Paradise, then the complaint was registered (I dont have no) and they took around one week of time to solve it but to my surprise it worked fine for one day again it developed the same problem..
If I'll have to go to Intex local repair shop then i should take a leave for my office, one or two times is ok but on and on, I cannot take leaves as in how I like.
Hence I request the cocern authorities to replace the INTEX 650 VA UPS as soon as possible..
