I am V Raja, putting up in Rourkela, Orissa. I would like to inform you that I have been trapped in a fraudulent case of job opportunity in Intex Technologies (India) Ltd, Pune. I deposited Rs 5250/- as a interview security. The concerned person who said, he is from HRD Department i.e. Mr Vimal Mehta, Contact No [protected].

He is a fraud, as he said he is in pune, but the number when tracked was in UP and the account no of Mr Rajat Kumar Mehar, the Accounts Department Head, as said is [protected] o[censored]nion Bank.

When tracked, the account is of Janakpuri, New Delhi Branch, and also note that it is a Salaried account of a BPO Employee working in Delhi, and when spoke to Union Bank in Delhi, they said that from past one year no salary has been deposited in that account but a lot of money from various branches o[censored]nion bank of India has been deposited.

Please find below the total correspondence and the cash deposit slip. Please help me in getting my money back.

Hi Sir,

As I have bought a mobile phone (intex Ismart) from a dwarka phone dealer. I found it faulty after using it because, it wasnt working properly and ask to get it returned. And it was exchanged by the shopkeeper but again the same problem with the mobile phone and I observed this phone is full of bugs and missing applications which shopkeeper has told me for selling this phone. After I visited the service center, the faulty speaker was repaired but there were no answers of my questions and the service center guy replied saying I have to go for training of this mobile, after that the guy will respond me. And the service center guy told me to raise a query on their customer care mentioning the details of the problems.

I have asked the below questions but no satisfactory answers and resolve of the mobile issues.

I have raised questions to intex people about different features which seller discussed with me and not available in the handset are as follows.

(1) GTALK (2) YAHOO CHAT (3) Battery Backup

Intex people reply:- you can download it from sites (from internet). we don’t have the link..u need to install java compatible link/application.

I asked other question about mobile lock functionality.

Question: How can I unlock the phone on receiving the call or call waiting if mobile is on Lock mode? Intex Answer:–you need to keypad unlock permanently i[censored] want to use the other option during call. –this is design..and same is available with other brand also.

Question: Swapping FM channels through headphone is not working Intex Answer— this feature doesn’t supported by the handset.

Problems in the phone.

Application missing: GTALK, YAHOO CHAT

Battery Backup: 3-4 hours

FM Swapping through headphone: Not availble

Problem if phone is locked: Cant see phone book if call on hold and while talking (if phone is locked)

Speakers Problem: Very bad quality speakers(I have changed my phone once after that another phones speaker stooped working accidentally successfully replaced by the service center but still the very bad quality speakers- Even the service center guy admitted the speaker problem)

Hanging problem: This handset hangs if you are listening music on headphone and remove it.

GPRS: The phone modem is very slow, it takes 10mins to load google.com

At the last, the customer care is very ridiculous, and no body is there to answer your queries.

Please raise a complaint against this case and resolve the issue which I am facing with intex.

I have purchased new Intex In 6611 mobile from the MEXX Mobile Shop at Bapunagar, Ahmedabad on last 10 Jan 2010.

At very first day I feel network problem in my mobile, So I observed it for another 4 days and one Ringing speaker is not working.

For both of these problems, I had gave my mobile to WE CARE ( Service center for Intex Mobile, Contact No. [protected] ) on 16 Jan 2010.

But still problem is not solved and Service Center Person said that We don't have solution for this problem, you have to wait for another one week. So I think there is no mean of purchasing this kind of mobile.

Today i have called to service center person, he replayed that the problem with your mobile is that it have some problem with Airtel network, so we are traing to solve it but you have to wait for another 15 to 20 days.

This is to inform you that I am Mr. Santu Sinha , Proprietor of M/s. ifotech Enterprise, Authorised distributor of Intex Mobile Phone for Murshidabad District. I got a distributorship certificate(No.Kol/B/1001893/M) from Intex Mobile Division, It's Valid up to March 2011.
I already working with this company from last One year's. I always try ed for increasing the sales of intex mobile phone in my district. But due to some reasons my market sales figure gonna down since last 3 months.
I informed several time to our ASM for taking action for developing our market sales figure but still i can not get any response from them.
I saw at Bartaman New Paper on 10/12/2009 that company wanted distributor for Berhampore zone. How it's possible whether one distributor is still working for the same zone. I already invested of Rs. 7-8 Lac for this business purpose only. The present time my Debtors amount is more than 4 Lacs and the rest amount is my closing stock.
Now you tell me that, if they are searching another distributor for my district then can they are able to return my Closing stock or able to take my debtors liabilities????
My two Fos's Salary's are pending from the month of AUG , SEP & OCT 2009. Still they are not received their salary amount.

I have purchased 1 nos.Intex mobile (modal no.-ENVY i 1044),IMEI no.-[protected] from Mayank mobile galleary and repair centre shikarpur ( DISTT.-Bulandshahr) at my brother's name (Gaurav Mittal) and i am using IDEA SIM card([protected]) in this mobile but from 1-12-09 this mobile is not working due to invalid IMEI no. as per IDEA custumer centre but when i checked this IMEI no. from other operator's they tell that this IMEI no. is valid. We have Purchased a hand set Model no. 466 5BECA,ESN NO.466 5BECA against invoice no. 211 dtd. 15.12.08 from M/s OM Communication Today,Vaishali,Ghaziabad , A dealer of Intex Tecnologies. .Since the date of purchase we are facing a lot of problems in hand Set ,like not proper functioning and barriers in receiving and out going calls and improper working of mike as well as problems in Pad and dialling the number.
We have Contacted to Dealer for nonfunctioning of hand set but got the reply not to contact us "We can not help you".You have to call manufacturer Directly and officially we are not dealer although this seller has a ID number also.
We sent the set for the repairing to Intex against their MRV no. 2008/05320 dtd. 28.02.08 and received after 1 and half months after repairing .But from the date of receiving we faced another problem ,like not get charging with the set including earlier faults .We are approaching to Intex since last 4-5 months and at last by the grace of god our plea has been listened .Now Set has sent to intex for the repairing against Job Sr. No. 33070 dtd.21-10-09 to M/s Technocare Raj Nagar Ghaziabad.
We are following with Intex since .01.11.2009 for getting the replacement for the same hand set but there is no prpper answer we are getting from customer care MS.POOJA[protected] & 24 & 74).
AS PER THE COMPANY THIS SET MODEL HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED .
Sir ,If the phone has been discontinued by the manufacturer with in 5-6 months that means there may be some manufacturing fault or lot of compalints they might be receiving from the user.Other wise company can lauch the new set after modification or upgradation.
We are approaching to you to please provide us the justice .
Company is trying to pass the warranty period which going to be finished by[protected] so the issue is being delayed by M/s Intex.

I am Harsh vardhan from Vikas Nagar Lucknow, i am purchased a dual sim mobile Intex IN4455, then 3rd day of purchasing my mobile do not working , so i am submitted mobile to intex service centre (R.T. Outsourcing services Ltd.) for 15 days . after 15 days i have received my mobile then again do not working so i m again 2nd time submitted mobile to intex service centre (R.T. Outsourcing services Ltd.) for 15 days.

then last month i m received my mobile then after 1 day (3rd time) again i am submitted mobile to intex service centre (R.T. Outsourcing services Ltd.) for 15 days. So iam very upset from Intex so i am file a case in UPBHOKTA FORUM - LUCKNOW.

Problems in INTEX IN4455

- hanging
- only one key no2 is automatically pressed for a long time then hang your mobile.
- INTEX mobile service is very poor.

I have purchased the Intex mobile IN4050 2 month ago. the mobile support the 2gb memory card. during the mobile purchasing i didn't buy the memory card after few day i bought the card.
I was shocked to see that the Mobile only record the Video of 30 Sec only.when i ask the shopkeper for that he checks the manual and box and told me that i have to adjust the setting form the service center for full recording. after 2 month i got time to visit the service center the service center guy told me that it can't record more than 30sec.
my Q is this if the mobile didn't support the video recording more than 30sec then company should mention it on manual or mobile box.
i am an old user of Intex products now i really hurt by the company and decided not to purchase a single product of intex

The indicator lights are not giving any indication after pressing the switch.Sankho & Saugato
of dreamland computrs,DumDum Road,Kolkata have updated my Microsoft 95 to
Windows XP in the beginning of this year 2009.This UPS has 2 years guarantee.They
have launched a complaint,as reported by them,to Intex company and gave my mobile
number.But,no response from Intex.saugoto had visited once for checking this UPS.

*Within a year*, i faced the battery problem. despite of calling and booking my complaint on 23rd July on the customer care ([protected]). Its been a week and there is no reply from their side wereas, it should be 2 working days according to their warranty terms.
