I had requested for my microwave repair on friday the service guy visited and had taken the keypad along with pcb and they bought back the device on saturday and fixed the keypad but with in one hour it did not work when i called them and informed about the issue technicam said he will come but never showed up so i called their call center, one technican comes and takes the keypad and informed me that it will be fixed and bought back in a day but they didn't show up so when called he is threatening of not returning the device as well as saying i will take my own time for this they have charged 2500 and will take time but no guarantee of when, i have their receipt also, can you please take action Was this information helpful? |
