I appointed electrical geryser service from intimeservice. I got a person contact shivukumar ([protected]). He came and try to repair and asked 4000 rupees (2 geysers) for changing a part and service. Then, he removed one part and he told it should be welded, i will bring tomorrow. He went and tomorrow never comes for 3 months. My money has gone and my geyser core parts also has gone. When i call him, he never picks for three months.

    Hi,
    I had contacted intimeservice.com for aquaguard repair in 29 august 2019. They did the replaced the filter and few other parts. On calling a registered aquaguard repair servicemen he told because of the faulty parts intime service have put in now the aquaguard has completely broke down and the pcb has stopped functioning. On calling them for a follow up on the complaint the helpline people suggest that i should contact the service person i have sent on my own. It is highly incompetent and unprofessional behavior to ask a customer who you charged rs 6000/- for a service and now when you have done it wrong you would not even raise a complaint for that. Not responding for the complint. Please take action on this as soon as possible. Also attaching all snapshots of text messages sent to me and bill invoice for the service.

      I had requested for my microwave repair on friday the service guy visited and had taken the keypad along with pcb and they bought back the device on saturday and fixed the keypad but with in one hour it did not work when i called them and informed about the issue technicam said he will come but never showed up so i called their call center, one technican comes and takes the keypad and informed me that it will be fixed and bought back in a day but they didn't show up so when called he is threatening of not returning the device as well as saying i will take my own time for this they have charged 2500 and will take time but no guarantee of when, i have their receipt also, can you please take action

        One of the worst experience i ever had. The tech came and just saw the TV and said we need to take TV and repair for 5800. When i said will get back they charged 400 just to come and see my face and go. Did not even open and check any options. Luckily i contacted Sony center. Thier tech not only opened the Tv. He soldered some components and fixed the issue in 20 mins. And charged me just 240. I paid 400 to u guys for nothing.. did not even give me a bill.. Will not recommend.
        A technical called sheriff : [protected] came to change the filter for my prestine RO water purifier, he collect 4000 rupees, did not leave a bill, he said he will bring the bill next day, the water purifier is worst than before, water keeps OVER FLOWING from the top and he said he will be back to fix it and now this technical doesnot pickup my call from past two week, VERY BAD SERVICE . SERVICE ID NUMBER : 399442. water is being wasted from past 2 weeks, I did not ask to make it worst but just to change the filter .
        Worst Service. I have availed AC service (service id - 410044) only to clean the filters. As soon as the service guys came, they said need to refill the gas. After connecting the meter(I dont think it was really connected) they showed the gas is zero and need to refill full. I dont know how the gas is empty on a 3 year old AC which was working absolutely fine. They have charged Rs 3300 for the service! They had assured that I will be getting an invoice from intime but havent received it even after multiple followups. Totally disappointed.
        I had called for my microwave service.They did not turn up even after two days of follow up . Very unprofessional and uncaring about customers that too for a service agency. Will not recommend to any others.
        pls don't use this service, they have spoiled my refrigerator, the service person who came was a cheat
