On 22.09.20' i called in time services for microwave repair. I received a message stating that the technician wil call you. One person called me, and came to our house with 3 boys. All of them were lay men and not professionals. They serviced my chimney and gas stove. They changed some parts and chard heavily without any bill or warranty. I don't know whether the parts were original or not and the price is genuine. The services charges demanded was 350 for stove and 500 for chimney. No bill was given they could not repair the microwave and took it outside. Next day came back with the machine which was not repaired. They demanded s err vice charges and spare parts replacing charges, even though the oven was not working. They fought with us and took away 350. However, the owen is not at all working. Please make enquiries and confirm the genuineness of the person's you send. I have paid 4600 without any bill. Please investigate the issue.
