I am Raksha Ranawat, female, booked Intrcity bus for travel from Bangalore to Chennai on 21.04.2025

At 19:17, I received a message stating bus is running half-an-hour late. Accordingly, I planned my travel to the pickup point. Their pickup timing on live tracking link was 22.33. (Screenshot attached)
At 21:40 I received a call from the bus operator that they have arrived at the pick-up point. I somehow tried reaching the next boarding point Electronic City at 22.05 but the bus left without picking me up. Thereafter tried calling multiple times but received no response.
At 22.19, I am receiving a message that boarding time is 21:40.
This is harassing. I had to wait alone, make multiple calls, manage booking another bus to depart at 23:05.
All screenshots are attached with the proof of reference of timings.
During my first booking with Intrcity on 31.03.2025 also I was picked up 1 hour late i.e., at 12am instead of 11pm while travelling from Chennai to Bangalore.
I definitely demand full refund with compensation for this mental harassment. Highly disappointed.
