Water leaking from AC point. Completely wet and not able to sleep. Purchased 2 tickets but used 1 berth. Full loss of money

I had travelled with my family from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 24th may and opted for 3UB, 3UC seats for my wife and both small kids. There was an issue with the AC unit and water was leaking in the seat and requested the driver to provide the seat or repair it but he said the bus is full and also can't repair the unit.
Even though I had purchased 3 tickets, only 2 proper berths were provided.
It was a sleepless night for my wife and this is not acceptable. I would like my money back for 1 ticket and also a penalty for the inconvenience caused to us.
Below are my ticket details: Recorded video but unable to attach as there seems to be issue with upload option. Please let me know to which emailID i need to attach video..
Also attached the video which we had recorded on the bus for proof.
