The bus stopped at food court for 30 minutes .After 15 minutes when we get inside the bus we asked the driver to switch on AC as there was no air in bus and it was too congested. The driver was really rude .He said if bus will wait for 1 to main apke lie 1 ghanta Ac chala ke rakhu. Apka problem hai ap andar baithe ho. We said we have a small kid and at night we can't stay outside for that long and also when we were coming from Pune to Goa they have switched on AC even the bus stopped at restaurant.Then again he said rudely ye uska problem hai us driver ka Mera nai..Also the washroom were very dirty and unhygenic .No cleaniness.plus when u ask to clean nobody cleans it.Pathetic service after paying the premium amount Was this information helpful? |
