Dear sir investment visor company call me and says u get profit in daily interday trading u joined my company and not give money first u earn money and pay service. I agree this terms but after sometime exiciute mohit sharma says u open new account and i will do work properly i agree and i opend new demat ac in indore goodwill. Mohit sharma says u send money 50000/- i will send ur money demat ac immidetly. I send money in giving account paylink mohit sharma but he didnt send my money in demat ac and he take my money on our account i asking mohit but he not reply properly and he says i[censored] want work with me u give money and i will doing work properly i send money in my demat ac and he doing my work and loss my whole ammount another tyme i send money he loss my ammount. Then after loss mney he says i[censored] bring money i will work i says i haven't any money he says your service has been closed i[censored] not pay me. Totally he take my money for service regarding 70500/-. I want to return my money. Mohit sharma call me and say i will give ur all money in 2parts but he not pickup my call. Sir,
In continuation to my mail dated 19th March, 2018 and 7th April, 2018 regarding refund and recovery of fees paid to your company and loss given by your advisors.
I have regret to inform you that i have join your service with a commitment of your investment advisor of Mr. Diwan Malhotra, Ms. Sapna, Mr. Rahul Parmar & last Mr. Laxmiknat all are Senior Advisor of your company and fail to recover loss given by your advisor.
I strictly follow your target and top loss since the last six months and your advisor given loss of Rs. 250000/- plus fees paid to your company Rs. 70000/- total loss of Rs, 320000/- and mentally harassment since the last 6 months.
I have also informed you that every time your senior advisor gives a loss and transfers my file to other sr. advisor and changed advisor demand for new advisory fee. It is a breach of the commitments given on behalf of your advisory company.
Now, may I request you to refund the paid to your company Rs. 70000/- (receipt enclosed for your ready reference) loss of Rs. 250000/- plus six month interest and mentally harassment of Rs. 500000/- within fifteen day from the date of this mail. If you fail to resolve my complaint I will take legal action against your company. Please take note seriously.
