Inway Hosting — Not responded on my affiliate withdrawal and close tickets without responding

I have an affiliate account registered on reformhosting.com.
I have intitiate withdraw request 7 days back but not heard anything from them. Also my ticket closed without responding. No one gives support on chat as well.
