Ion Exacense Private Limited — Water purifier amc

I had purchased an amc from them a month back. Since then my water purifier is leaking. I a calling them everyday but everyday my effort go in vain. Everyday its the same response that either a) the technician will visit or b) no body is working in your area. When we had to purchase the amc the technician was here in the matter of couple of hours.

You can request them, yell at them, no one understands. They are neither sending the technician nor they are ready to refund my money. Its a embarrassment and harrasssment everyday and clear cut case of deficiency of service.
