I took the AMC for 2 years for water purifeier. Every time I Call. There is no reponse. I just read the company has-been closed. How to.get the refund for the amount paid INR 8530. This is second AmC company who is cheating in the name of Aquaguard. So please get cheater companies....

I had taken amc plan from the ionexacense, thinking that my water filter problem will be taken on priority whenever it is needed. But after myself paying money, i need to beg these people to come and service the filter. Please someone has to stop them cheating people. They are laundering money in the name of providing the service....

I had purchased an amc from them a month back. Since then my water purifier is leaking. I a calling them everyday but everyday my effort go in vain. Everyday its the same response that either a) the technician will visit or b) no body is working in your area. When we had to purchase the amc the technician was here in the matter of couple of hours.

I had availed 1year amc for my water purifier on 7.02.2020 and within 2 hours the water purifier stopped working and was arvind issues with its functionality. Ion exacense is not ready to provide service and kept on waiting for almost 3-4 days to visit and recheck the issue and again within 3 days the machine stopped working and when asked to rectify the ion exacense representatives attitude to respond to the query...
