They took money for 2 years AMC and when i called them for the service reqeust for the purifier serviving, they took the complint too but o[censored]se.didnot get any single call from them or the technician but when i am calling them for many times to get the update on the service request, they are simply not receiving the call and no update too...I feel like there is no point of taking the AMC and they are just takking the money and making the peoples fool. I was under impression they are from Aqua guard (otherwise how they should know my details and product info) and renewed for 2 years in Nov 2021. As of now they didnt even completed full one year service.
I dont want to continue with this company instead just need to refund of my AMC which i have paid. Was this information helpful? |
