When my genuine AMC with Aqua Guard was expired they called as Aqua guard team and they visited my place. I was under impression they are from Aqua guard (otherwise how they should know my details and product info) and renewed for 2 years in 2020 July. As of now they didnt even completed full one year service. I was trying to reach almost one week to get my long pending periodic service and replacement of candles. No response and they are disconnecting the call the moment they understand it's me. I believe this is consumer's right to get justice in case the vendor not fulfilling after taking the money in advance. Should stop these kind of false companies. Was this information helpful? |
