Ion Exchange — Faulty service and service delayed for months after complaint | |||
Zero B ecoRO a purifier from IONexchange is being serviced faultily each time they are visiting. Whenever I launch a complain about that the service person would forget about it and even after calling repeatedly he visits after weeks, sometimes months. Moreover they removed the water saving carteridge converting it to a normal RO though making us pay for ecoRO. Was this information helpful? | |||
