8th May 2024, I was facing an issue with internet speed, so I have raised a complaint with the customer care, but I did not receive any response. I have raised this issue many times, but they did not take any action. I have asked for refund and cut my connection, that also they have ignored, I had a bid disappointment o[censored]sing ION internet service, I want my money back and I want to change my internet user.

Namaste, I'm Chetan Gupta from Mygame Sports, and I wanted to share my experience involving the staff of Zerob Hydrolife, including Ramesh ji ([protected]), Mithun ji ([protected]), and Dhanashree ji ([protected]).

We recently collaborated with Zerob Hydrolife for a badminton tournament sponsorship. They committed to providing T-shirts and sharing profits from sales. However, despite 23 days having passed since the T-shirts were delivered, we have not received reimbursement, nor have we been provided with any sales data. It appears they have not fulfilled their commitments.

In light of this experience, I advise exercising caution when dealing with Zerob Hydrolife. It seems there may be issues with transparency and fulfilling agreements.

I've been attempting to withdraw my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech. I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds. If you are experiencing difficulty retrieving your funds from this site, I suggest that you contact them.

For the past months, I have been trying to withdraw my money but it kept writing errors, I advise everyone not to put their money on this site and if you have your money stalked with you can as well reach out. If not for Durafox Tech i checked on goggle.. They were the ones who assisted me to get all my money.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way TCS, Fortune Towers Chrompet is handling the payment and working conditions of its multitasking support staff and invigilators. I have been working as a multitasking support staff for the past month, and I am dismayed to find out that the salary being paid to us is below the minimum wage for the 12-hour shift we work from 6.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Furthermore, the payment we receive is only 1/3 of the original payment, and TCS is taking a commission without any prior notice. This is unfair and unjust, and I strongly feel that this needs to be addressed immediately.

Adding to our plight, the salary is credited only after a month, which is a huge financial burden for the staff. We are unable to meet our daily expenses due to the delayed payment, and this has caused immense stress and anxiety among us.

Moreover, TCS does not provide any food for the staff during the shift, which is very disappointing, considering the long working hours. We are forced to bring our own food or go without any, which is not acceptable.

I request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action to rectify the situation. It is not just a matter of our livelihood, but also our dignity and self-respect. I hope that you will take prompt action and ensure that the staff is treated fairly and with respect.

I have purchased 2 years AMC from Aquacare for my water purifier.
I have been trying to call their phone number numerous time, but no response.
Their website www.ionexacense.com is not existing now.
They have taken an amount of Rs8500 from me in the name of AMC. I have the voucher and payment receipt.
I need refund of the above amount asap.

I lodged a complaint regarding installation of water purifier in Sarada mutt Bangalore now the work is finished to the satisfaction oclosed da mutt people so treat it as closed

I am the bror of K S Jambunathan your ex staff I have great expectstion about your company on my recommendation my son K J Ramakrishnan has arranged to provide a water purifier in sarada mutt Bangalore ulsoor this happened ten days back and full amount has been settled till now they have not given complete connection they installed some equipments but for want some spare parts the work is not finished my son had to cut a sorry figure in front of Mathaji so pl arrange to install the same immediately

We have registered for AMC for 2 years. We have been calling the customer care for service. Everytime they say they will send someone but nobody comes. The number doesn't connect most of the times. Pathetic service.

Internet is slow and then internet is slow

I am an unhappy dealer of Ion Exchange India's ZeroB products based in Kolkata.
First of all many of my clients and consumers are so unhappy with the products they purchased and also their services are third class. Moreover, their behaviour towards the dealers and clients are very bad

Secondly, one of my clients ordered some products from me for which I gave the purchase order to ZeroB Co. which they failed to deliver as a result I lost my client and the trust of my client. After they failed to deliver the PO, I asked for the refund and they agreed but they are taking too much time which is getting frustrated. Everytime I call them they give me a date and that date gets passed and they would give me new date and then again same incident happens. 2 months have passed and still no refund I got. Now they are not responding to my mails or my calls.

Please help me sue this company so that many unhappy dealers and consumers doesn't get frustrated and irritated by their unacceptable behaviour.

I hail from Kolkata, my complaint is service related to ... Have come across the most unprofessional people in the industry.. the company claims to be the best in Removing iron & water softener.

The people who turn up always assures for best service but unfortunately they always create issues so that they can get service charges multiple times for the same problem...

I have buy an water softener and sand filter from bhopal of zero b and they told me they will give service whenever I need but now I'm calling they are not answering they have fit the plant wrongly a d I'm in trouble I want my money back

The product supplied to me is defective. There installation & service is very horrible. The product supplied is sub standard.

Service every bad, , , ... ... customer service wast...

Water purifier not working properly, haziness found in water. Odor also not OK. Service pending from long time.

I somehow got a call from the ion exacense. They identified themself as autherised agents fro aquguard (Eureka forbes), asking whether i need my aquaguard to be cleaned. When they came for cleaning they said water quality i is not good and filters need to be replaces. They showed me id card on which authorised aquaguard was mentioned. I got the filter changed from them and 2year AMC by paying 8880 RS, after 5 month Dr Aguaguard showing red indicator filter life is over.
I raised a ticket with eureka forbes and they told me AMC is not done by @Eurekaforbes Company.

Here i have been cheated by a company which claimed to be an aquaguard agent

I want my money refund for what I paid for AMC.

Sir I have taken 4 Year AMC after paying Amount of Rs: 16, 000/- (customer number 26146) for my water purifier on 21/07/2020, but my water purifier is not working from March 2021, made calls several times to compliant on their helpline number [protected], they take complaint but nobody turned up for last 4 months they blame covid lockdown and restrictions as excuse from March 2021 to Jul 2021, Finally in second week of Jul 2021 one technician came he fixed but very same day evening it stopped again we called he came after few days then again same day evening it stopped, then again same episode of calling them to come and do service, but no one comes up. I am fed up of their service, hence I need the full refund of the amount as they are not able to deliver what is promised to the customer.
Later when I want to file compliant against them searched on internet I found many people have faced these issues with the same company, please file a suit if they don’t refund in full.

Water Purifier is not in working condition from past 1 month. In first attempt when reached out to [protected], raised a complaint and they had sent a technician. He said PCB issue and will be fixed next day. Next day the technician never turned up. Multiple follow up with [protected], only statement provided was the technician will visit today. Till date No technician visited our place to fix the purifier.
Such a pathetic Service!!! Never take AMC for this Agency. They are FAKE!!!
