Initial complaint was lodged on 10th Jan 2017 and was attended on 11th Jan . The prefilter was not functioning but as this part was not available so they connected it directly to the RO system.
On 2nd February 17, they brought prefilter candle and changed but since then the machine is not working . 2 previous complaints number [protected] and second complaint number [protected] are pending for last 2 weeks.
