Ion Exchange India — Pristine water filter - urgent repair and service

A pristine filter installed at
C 43 NIzamuddin East 2nd floor
New Delhi
has not been working for two days.
The service has not been made for a long time although we paid for service contract. Please, provide service at the earliest and honor the service contract.
Please find enclosed a photo illustrating the actual condition of the Pristine water filter.
