4 years we are using this machine, this time the service person has changed all the filters and asked us to take the yearly maintenance of ₹. 7000/- appox. From the day they have serviced the unit am not getting the water from the machine. have complained more then 15 times but no proper response. the service person has done service 4 times in a month but no proper result.

We have AMC with the company. Service request complaint no [protected] dt 28 Oct 2016 is not attended to till date. However they are sending SMS to registered mobile that the complaint is resolved. Strange. Im still waiting for service under AMC.
