It’s been a month i’ve bought a water softener and water purifier and i didn’t get a chance till date to use the products because of the extremely poor installation and support. I raised service requests and to my surprise they get closed without the issue getting addressed. I contacted the escalation managers which is of absolutely no use. My family had to go through skin problems due to hard water and buy water cans for drinking water even after spending 1lakh rupees on these products. If service is not available, please stop selling these products. My experience with the product and service is extremely disappointing and hence i would like to return the product and money refunded asap else i have to file a complaint with the consumer court.
