Ion Exchange — poor Service

Hi, I am a zero B RO user and I have AMC. We are having major issues with your services. We have to do so many calls to the call centre but no body turns up to see the problem. And the service getting worse day by day. And when some technician comes from your service centre then he is demanding money to attend the complaint of my zero B RO water purifier. I don't understand what is going on and no body respond. I want you to look into this immediately. I also want a contact no of the higher management to talk about the same.
