Dear sir/mam,
I've paid my counseling fees rs. 1, 000/- on 2nd jun 2016. The same amount get deducted from my account on the name of ggsipuniver at 12/06/2017 at 00:35. But i didn't receive any receipt for the same.
Now every time i try to register for counseling session it is showing that i'm not a registered candidate. It is mention that if payment was done but there is no "ok" sign so i we would get back our payment with some time. But i spoke to my bank staff regarding the same and they are saying that amount have been paid to university only. Was this information helpful? |
