I am Sumit Samuel Patole, Father of Master Prakarsh Amos Patole. My son passed out his 12th class with 91.25% (best of Four) in 2021, Henceforth, he applied in the Indraprastha University's Bachelor of Arts (Journalism and Mass Communication) course, Registration of which was done on 18.06.2021 and henceforth a Fees in the name of Fee payment for Seat Acceptance of Rs.40, 000/- was deposited by me online in the account of Ipu on 22.1.0.2021 vide transaction no WHMP[protected]. His application No is[protected].

in the month of November-2021, he received an intimation from the IP University that his name has been shortlisted in the aforesaid course and he has been allotted a seat in Jagannath International Management School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110070. As my son was not interested in going to this place as this was too far from our residence in Ghaziabad, U.P we did not take the allotted seat in this Institute and applied for cancellation of this seat.

Henceforth, he also applied for the refund of the Rs.40, 000 fees which was was deposited by us beforehand online on 07/12/2021.

Now that 1.5 months have passed by and we are daily following up with the concerned authorities for this refund, either nobody picks up the phone there or they very casually say that don't worry the refund will come back into your bank account soon.

I request you to kindly take up this matter very strongly with the University and arrange to disburse me my Rs.40, 000 /- as soon as possible .

Need refund and there is no response despite contacting the university from one month

With reference to above subject, i submitted withdrawal form on[protected] as per your file dak no-11 mentioned in receipt copy attached herewith and they told that refund will reflect in my bank within 30 working days, but 68 days are gone but there is no sign of refund from their end till now

Therefore you are requested to please issue/transfer fee as per the mentioned below asap.

2- rs. 47800/- dtd 23.7.2018 by pay order sbi in favour of vips

Sir i completed your all criterias of formalities to refund my academic fee of 40, 000. I asked on your help window that how much time it will take refund so he said around 1-1.5 months. Nie its above 1.5 months you just tell me now what should I do file a case or something against you or what ? Because now you have made us nothing left to do such like that. Is this how you guys help by taking their money and nit giving them back ? Here I have attached my receipt. Just have a look and atleast now do something. My parents are not good to me and now I am regretting for applying and participating in counselling. Please help If you can I just want a reply nothing else.

This is regarding my daughter who took admission in the course ba (Eco) hons. She got the college fimt, kapashera, new delhi. She did not took the admission in the college as she applied for cancellation of her admission to that college on 19.07.2017. Instead she took admission for bba course in iimt, karkardooma, new delhi (Under ip university) in the year 2017. Ip university issued acknowledgement for withdrawal on 19.07.2017. S. No. For such acknowledgement is 388. A copy of that was submitted to fimt, kapasahera, new delhi on 06.09.2017.

I am sorry to inform you that till date we have not received the refund of fee deposited (Rs. 41, 000/-) with the university at the time of admission for ba (Eco) hons. We have visited the university, administrative branch several times and every time an excuse was given to us.in this regard on 14.05.2018, a reminder was also given under the signature of shri vinod sharma, father of ms. Poornima sharma. Copies of all the documents have also been enclosed with the reminder. Even after that we have visited the university so many time and as usual every time a new excuse is given to us. No correspondence has been received from the university in this regard. We are failed to understand that how such a big university is unable to refund the admission cancellation fee even after a lapse of more than one year.

It is once again requested that admission cancellation fee in respect of ms. Poornima sharma may be refunded at the earliest. A line of confirmation/any intimation in the matter will be highly appreciated.

It has been 1 month but i didn't get my money back. i withdrew my admission from ip university on 23 rd july . shall i go to consumer court. since every means to contact univesity has been failed. your helpline no. Is uselessand i have not received any reply from university yet.my cet roll no. Is 1224743 .every means to contact university has been failed.o am going to consumer court if action no will be taken by ip university. I hve withdrew from Kamal institute of higher education and advance technology, k-1 Mohan garden, New delhi -59 on 23 rd July. According to your refund policy the money must have been transfer to us.plz give my money back.

I had withdrawn from the counselling after 3rd round result but the fee is not refunded yet, to my provided bank account. It's more than twenty days that i had filled the request for refund of my counselling fee but not received it and also the phone to ip university is also not picked up so i can get satisfied that my fee will surely refunded to my bank account.

20june ko mene verification k liye clg gyi northern engineering clg token bhi liya but unhone mere documents ko vetify ni kiya bcz vo bole obc certificate ka date 2018 hona chahiye or mai vo kese krwati meri rank 4437 hai to mao kya karu. Mere sare documents ok the but unhone verify ni kiye. Or log bolte h obc se htwake gernal mai bharva do only 500chaln bhar ke. Mai kyu bnu obc se gernal btaiye.. Mujhe teacher bnna h pr esse log hi acche teachers ko bnne se rokte hai.. Ipu wale..

I have submitted my counselling registration fees already. But i didn't got any confirmation from ip university. Its been a long time passed of payment. Payment has been deducted from my bank account but i didn't get registration confirmation from university. So i request u to refund my money as soon as possible in my bank account. I had applied for btech (Code-131) ipu online counselling on 14th june 2018 as per the schedule. The amount 1000 has been deducted from my account but their is no confirmation from ipu university and i cannot proceed for further registration. I waited till today (15th june 2018) to see if there is any response from the university. Bt there is no response from the university. Kindly fix this as soon as possible as last date for registration is 19th june

I paid ₹1011 for counseling procedure and the bank account has been debited for ₹1011 today 14th june 2018 at 16:06 pm. Please do something as your site is not working properly. Why your site is maintained by untrained person.

Please improve your site other wise it will not good for your university image.

Sir, Today i have registered myself for BCA course, but when I pay Rs.1000(2 times) and money deducted from my Bank.

But when I go further for registration it show "first pay the fees".

Sir please return our money to our bank or solve the issue as soon as possible..!

Else i have read many complaints about the same, i request others to protest against GGSIPU.

I paid ₹1000 for counseling procedure and the bank account has been debited for ₹1000 as well. I cannot see the receipt for the payment. Also, i can't login because the password isn't provided yet niether i can pay the fees again. Do something to it as soon as possible for th same.

We have just paid counselling participation fees of rs 1000 from our sbi bank account number for user rishika sharma (Dob-12.02.1997) roll number-1051366 for mca program cet code 105. But it is still asking us to do the payment. We have recieved message from bank payment gateway showing 1000 has been paid to ggsipu. We need to resolve the issue asap. We are regularly calling to the phone numbers provided but the university landline number is always showing busy. Kindly refund our money or accept it as payment. Please fin the attached screenshot of the message proof from bank.

Sir i am tripti; cet roll number 9946806 was allotted btech electrical engineering seat in msit sonipat. As i was not willing to take admission in that so i decided to take part in further rounds of counselling and paid part academic fee rs 40000 (Which was mandatory to pay to take part in further rounds of counselling) online on 11/07/2017 (Fee receipt attached).
Then, i was allotted seat in jiims g. Noida. Not willing to take admission i submitted application for the withdrawal of admission in person on 26/jul/2017 in ip university office at dwarka (Application attached).
I have tried to contact them telephonically but they do not revert back.
Ipu delhi has not refunded my fees till today i. E.22/oct/2017.
Kindly help me out.

We got admission in bhagwan mahabir collage of management in sonipat (Jagdish pur) in management quata. We deposited[protected] through card+25000 cash). But collage alloted sheat in spot counciling (Bmit) sonipat. We had canceel admision in bmcm & take admission in bmiet sonipat. We requisted to bmcm to refund my amount. He refused my aplication.

Hi team,

Ip university is totally asking for money to get admission in colleges' . They are sending messages to get admission from management seats . They asking for 5-10 lakhs rupees for admission . They are totally fraud, I will file acase against these kind of frauds . This is called study in India ?
If this is happening openly so how can middle class family trust in education . I want to file a case against them . They openly asking for money .

I've paid my counseling fees rs. 1, 000/- on 2nd jun 2016. The same amount get deducted from my account on the name of ggsipuniver at 12/06/2017 at 00:35. But i didn't receive any receipt for the same.

Now every time i try to register for counseling session it is showing that i'm not a registered candidate. It is mention that if payment was done but there is no "ok" sign so i we would get back our payment with some time. But i spoke to my bank staff regarding the same and they are saying that amount have been paid to university only.

The faculty of fairfield have no respect for others even the principal is so indisciplined. She doesnt know how to talk. They dont care about the students dont inform the students if any of their document is incomplete. They pass the document by saying the student was absent even if he/she is not. And the student have to face the problem they were not allowed to sit in the semester final exams just because the faculty miss one paper and doesnt inform the student. This is so disappointing. Ip university is the worst

As a student this college this college is totally fraud what they show and what they provide that is totally horrible this college provides no facilities and whereas tortures the student once they take admission and now they crossed limits which made me to write the complaint as there is no value of student just due to IP university affiliation students take admission and there is nothing as useful all responsibility to one person and that person remains disappear and whenever present in college do not take students seriously and faculty has no manner to talk to the students atleast they should talk with manner who is showing manner but no this college has nothing as all colleges when started from my starting year this college took the fees more than every college vips, cpj n all has less fees than ours and also providing good facilities whereas this college only knows one thing cheating and torture the student.
Every year they increase the student but no sitting place no ventilation in class no proper faculty temporary faculty as this is nothing in the name of IP university they are earning money and spoiling the future of children n i m really sorry for this type of language and also as a student our university is like a temple but now the limit has crossed which forced me to take this step n I hope there would be some action so that other students do suffer...
