Iph Deptt — regarding no line guard for supply at our village & water supply to our line

Respected sir, i m ashok sharma resident s/o sh duni chand sharma vpo chandesh tehsil sarkaghat distt mandi h. P.- 175049 complainig about no water supply to our house since last 4 months. Even gaurd join last month but took transfer within 2days to his hometown. Now huge water is available which is coming to other line everyday to our village, but its not coming to our lines. Some lines are getting misused by using water even for construction or other misuses, but nobody is bothered after complaining many times. Seems iph deptt is most irresponsible & useless deptt in this area. Requested you to look into it.
