IPU — refund of part academic fees of rs 40, 000

Sir, i am harshita tyagi. I had registered myself in the counselling process of guru gobind singh indraprastha university and i was alloted the seat in jims college of greater noida in second round of counselling process. But i didn't want to take admission there. So i applied for refund of my part academic fees of rs 40, 000. On 08/08/2019, as according to norms o[censored]niversity this fees is refundable. But no reply yet.
Moreover the calls are also not answered by the university.
Please look at the matter and refund my fees successfully as soon as possible.
