माननीय महोदय जी मेरा नाम चेतन हस्तीमल गांधी है मेरा पता है श्रीजी हाउसिंग सोसायटी प्लॉट नंबर 42 सेक्टर सेक्टर 42 प्लॉट नंबर 42 शॉप नंबर 3 जॉकी शोरूम मैं आपसे नंबर अभी तक निवेदन करता हूं इस शॉप के दो लीगल हैर हैं जिसका नाम चेतन हस्तीमल गांधी चेतन हस्तीमल गांधी जब हम लीगल हैर बने तो हमें यह जानकारी नहीं थी की सड़कों में भी नाम ट्रांसफर करना पड़ता है जब हम प्रॉपर्टी टैक्स में कुछ नाम का बदलाव करने गए तब हमें पता चला की सड़कों में नाम चेंज करवाना पड़ता है लीगल हैर होने के बाद हम लीगल हैर 2023 में बने थे सर उसके बाद मेरे भाई का स्वास्थ्य खराब रहने के कारण करीब 2 वर्ष से बीमार होने के कारण उसका इलाज दीवार पाटिल में चल रहा था और दो-तीन हॉस्पिटल में इसका इलाज चल रहा था उनके स्वास्थ्य में सुधार न आने कारण यह बीमारी से ग्रस्त रहे चल फिर नहीं सकते थे और घर से बाहर निकलते नहीं थे काफी बीमार थे उनकी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट भी मेरे पास है जिसमें यह साफ-साफ लिखा गया है कि उनके स्वास्थ्य बहुत ज्यादा खराब है तो उन्होंने एक पत्र लिखा समिति को उसमें यह साफ-साफ उन्होंने लिखा की हम दो भाई लीगल हैर हैं दोनों 50% शेयर्स होल्डर है आज के बाद समिति का मेंटेनेंस मीटिंग और कोई भी कार्य में मेरा भाई आएगा इनका नाम चेतन गांधी है मैं नहीं आ सकता क्योंकि मेरी स्वास्थ्य ठीक नहीं रहती अगर वह उपस्थित नहीं हुई तो मैं आऊंगा अगर मेरी स्वास्थ्य ठीक रहा तो ऐसी उन्होंने अर्जी लिखी और सर मैं आपसे यह कहना चाहता हूं मेरे भाई का देहांत हो गया है 1 अगस्त 2024 को और हमारा सड़कों का ट्रांसफर नाम चेंज नहीं हो पाया क्योंकि वह काफी बीमार होने के कारण किसी भी कार्य में समर्थ नहीं थे कि वह कर पाए तो मेरा आपसे यह नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरे पिताजी से मेरी माता श्री को और हम तीनों भाइयों को इलीगल हैरशिप मिली थी उसके बाद हम दो भाइयों को लीगल हैरशिप मिली थी इतना नाम हमें यह सड़कों में अपडेट करवाना है फर्स्ट पार्ट सेकंड पार्ट थर्ड पार्ट यह हमारे कार्य रह गया जो हम कर नहीं पाए सही समय पर तो हमने एक अर्जित दाखिल की हमारे समिति को कि हमें नाम ट्रांसफर करवाना है तो हमने उनसे कुछ लेटर हेड पेपर पर यह लिखकर मांगा था कि हमें सड़कों में नाम ट्रांसफर करवाना है तो कृपया करके हमें जो हमारे एडवोकेट साहब ने जिस फॉर्मेट में आपको दिया है कृपया करके हमें वह फॉर्मेट में दे दीजिए लेकिन हमारे समिति के अध्यक्ष हमें वह प्रधान नहीं कर रहे हैं हमें वह मानसिक तौर पर परेशान कर रहे हैं हमें वह देने से इनकार कर रहे हैं मैंने काफी बार उन्हें अर्जी भी लिखी व्हाट्सएप भी किया लेकिन वह हमेशा में इस तरीके से मानसिकता तौर पर हमें परेशान करते रहते हैं इससे पहले भी हमने उनकी कंप्लेंट की थी पुलिस स्टेशन में वह हमें इस तरह से परेशान करते हैं और मैं सब रजिस्टर्ड ऑफिस में भी कंप्लेंट की थी क्योंकि वह हमें हमारा शेयर सर्टिफिकेट दे नहीं रहे थे हमें बहुत सता रहे थे करीब एक महीने से जब मेरी कंप्लेंट की गई रजिस्टर्ड ऑफिस में तब जाकर उन्होंने मुझे मेरा शहर सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किया और अभी भी मेरा कार्य रुका हुआ है वह मुझे काफी परेशान करते हैं देते नहीं है मेरे सवालों का जवाब व्हाट्सएप पर देते नहीं है मैं कब आऊं उनसे अर्जी के पेपर लेने के लिए इसके बारे में वह कोई मुझसे बात नहीं करते हैं ना ही वह मेरा फोन उठाते हैं सिर्फ मुझे मानसिकता से ठेस पहुंचा रहे हैं मुझे हानि पहुंचा रहे हैं हमारे मानसिक तौर पर मैं यह बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकता इसके लिए मैं आपको अर्जी कर रहा हूं कृपया करके आप मेरी मदद कीजिए और यह हमारे सेक्रेटरी साहब मिस्टर नायर जी खरीफ 20 साल से हमारे समिति में अध्यक्ष की पोस्ट पर रह चुके हैं और चुनाव में हमें किसी भी और को मौका देते ही नहीं है कि हम नए सेक्रेटरी का चुनाव हो सके जिससे कुछ बदलाव हो सके वह जम के ही बैठे हुए हैं अपनी कुर्सी से हिलते ही नहीं है जब भी उनसे कुछ पूछा जाए लेकिन वह हमें सभी को परेशान करते हैं हम तो शॉप ओनर शॉप नंबर 1234 उनसे काफी परेशान हो चुके हैं हमने कई बार कंप्लेंट भी की थी लेकिन वह हमारा सुनते ही नहीं है वह हमें परेशान नहीं करते रहते हैं अंत में आपसे यह कहना चाहता हूं सर कृपया करके हमारी मदद कीजिए जो मेरा सेट को बैक पेंडिंग है नाम अपग्रेडेशन के लिए मेरे भाई से गुजरने से पहले का वह पेपर कृपया मुझे प्रदान करवा दीजिए मेरे सोसाइटी से उसके बाद का जो भी काम होगा उसके लिए मैंने लीगल हैरशिप के लिए कोर्ट में पुट अप कर दिया है मैं कोर्ट की फीस भर दी है उसके बाद का जो भी कार्य होगा मैं लीगल हैरशिप की बात ही करूंगा ऐसा मैंने अपने माननीय सेक्रेटरी साहब को भी कहा है वह भी अर्जी में लिखकर फिर भी उनको यह बात मेरी समझ में नहीं आ रही है वह मुझे पर्सनली लेकर और मुझ पर दबाव बनाए जा रहे हैं कि तुमसे मुझे बहुत परेशानी है तुम मेरी कंप्लेंट करते हो रजिस्टार ऑफिस में पुलिस स्टेशन में तो क्या हमें हक नहीं है सर हम अपने लिए लड़ सकें हम उनके दबाव में क्यों दबके रहे हैं हमें भी पूरा अधिकार है हम उनके खिलाफ लड़ सकते हैं हम अपना हक मांग रहे हैं अंत में आपसे यह कहना चाहता हूं मैं आपसे आशा करता हूं कि आप हमारी बात को समझ रहे हैं और हमारी जो परेशानी है उनका विवरण करेंगे हम आपसे आशा करते हैं मेरे घर का पता है शंकर हार्मनी 503 इवनिंग नवी मुंबई उल्वे प्लॉट नंबर 222 सेक्टर 23 पिन कोड 410 206 मेरा पूरा नाम है चेतन हस्तीमल गांधी मेरा मोबाइल नंबर है[protected]

I made my fee payment of ₹60, 000 for Round 1 Counselling but my transaction shows Invalid bank response even though my money got deducted from my account. My bank told me that there is no issue from their side but of the merchant i.e, IPU university. I paid through net banking. I paid 60, 000 again which made it a dual payment.
I contacted them multiple of times but their response is same i.e, you will be refunded in few days. But those few days has yet to come. I paid the university a total of ₹1.20 lakh which being a student is a big deal.

My registration fees has been deducted and in portal it is showing that registration fees is incomplete I am attaching both screenshots below please have a look on those and do the needful even GGSIPU never pick's call and they haven't reply on mail I have mailed them serval times but they are not giving any response Please look forward at it my money has not been refunded yet and registration is also incomplete please do any one thing either...

I had applied for the offline withdrawal process which was after the spot round. The college first told us to go to the university and then the university told us to go to the college again. After submitting what they called an application for withdrawal, they said to keep checking the online portal for refund but the online portal shut down a few days after. When i visited the college for documents collection they said that i had applied for withdrawal before 31st December so I am eligible for the refund but it’s 8th march now still not even a single rupee of refund. Why is the university taking so much time? Some of the friends got different amounts of refund but i am yet to receive any. Please provide help and updates regarding the same. I applied for withdrawal on the 7th of December and it is still under the UGC guidelines for the refund date.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — Withdrawal of admission
As per UGC guideline one can withdraw admission before 31st dec and there would be deduction of max 1000 INR from the fee which was paid for admission. I took admission in IP university for B. Com (H) and later decided to cancel my admission. When I contact the college for cancellation of admission, they pointed me to university as cancellation can be done by university only. I could not find any option to withdraw my admission on IPU website, so I went to university in person and submitted cancellation request at counter and got the receiving for the same. Its being more than a month, but did not get any communication or refund from university.

As usual no one is picking up helpline phone numbers. Can you please help me in getting my refund.

I'm 3rd year student at United College of education .Our college take 100 rupees per day as a late charges on fees after 3O/09/2022 but as per University notice date was mentioned they can't take before 10 January 2023, Also they have not taken a single lecture/class till now. May i request you please resolve this problem as much as possible.

I got an Admission in Bhartiya Vidya bhawan for English honours in ip university. Recently. I have taken Admission in a different university and wanted a withdrawal from this university, but my college said it isn't possible since the withdrawal option is not on the portal . I even visited the main office of ip university in Dwarka and they gave me very vague answer without saying anything about the refund. I have sent mails and even called the helpline number which has only left me helpless at this point. It's not very appropriate for such an establishment to do this . This is not tolerable.

My son Prateek Singh passed out from your university in 2020. He did M. tech (ECE). I applied for the refund on 6th January 2021, but I am sorry to say that I have not received the refund yet. My son is residing in UK at present and I visited the university many a times, but failed to get the refund. Please help me with this. His enrolment number is [protected].

Dear IPU,
I was allotted a seat in the 4th round of GGSIPU MCA/ MCA(SE)(NIMCET) 2022 [CODE-105] and I accepted it by paying 40000Rs but later due to some reason I withdrew from counseling in the Spot Round before 28 September. But I still haven't received any reply or email for confirmation of my withdrawal.
So, I'd like to ask you to send me a confirmation letter and mention the period of time that I have to wait for the refund.

I had paid INR 40, 000 "Seat Acceptance Fees" on the official website to confirm my child's seat and money has been deducted from my account but on the website, it is still showing that No payment has been made. I have paid the fees but on the website, it is not being shown. Please refund the amount.

I'm Niharika . I applied for b.arch councelling . While filling details I fetched some errors and after that I did payment on 22 aug 2022. For further councelling process I rechecked and found status incomplete but payment status complete . Therefore I request you to refund my 1200 rs as my form submission was incomplete and payment and I belong from economically weaker section (EBC) is done plzz help!

I was filling application form for 2022-23 admission for CET of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasth University and at the payment page amount is debited from my account but didn't show any final confirmation page and still showing fee payment not done.

1211.80 rupees were deducted from my account but the payment is showing up as pending please resolve this as soon as possible as it is the last week for registration. i will be really obliged.

The Supply runs out of water after 12 on the night which makes it extremely difficult for the students and staff in the hostel to survive without water.

Hello, I am a 3rd year BBA student. I was not able to attempt my reappear exam of business laws on the 10th of January due to a power cut in my locality. I tried contacting every helpline that was provided, tried mailing but all I got told was to go to the examination branch at the university. However, visiting this branch was as helpless as sitting home would've been, as they were extremely rude and refused to help me in any way. All they said was to go to my college and try talking to them. Please assist me in attempting my exam as failure in doing so will result in a wasted year for me.

I'm a student of BBA of the college NDIM. I have back of total four exams including odd and even sem. Three subjects in odd sem and one in even sem. My college's staff told me that I need to go to university and apply for mercy chance and for that I need to submit a total of Rs. 10, 000 and reappear of four subjects i.e. Rs. 2, 400 the total of 12, 400. I have submitted the fees. After that I got to know that my name didn't appear in the mercy list and I have one more chance to clear the backlogs before the mercy and my name has appeared in the normal reappear RC list where I have to attempt the three odd sem exams. I have been told that I need to send the reappear fees of three subjects i.e. Rs. 1, 800. And the amount of 12, 400 will get refunded. I went to university to the examination branch for the refund but they didn't even listen to me properly and said the amount won't get refunded in a rude tone and asked me to come the next day. They don't value other's time and money.

Provide information regarding BSC Nursing Examinations as the course has already delayed but still there is No information.
Colleges are just expanding the duties and final year students are lagging in their courses.
Although all other universities have conducted the exams for BSC Nursing final year students. This could lead to gap in their further career.

Kindly provide the adequate information for the same.

Refund is pending from November 2021 of Rs.40, 000/- against application NO.[protected]. It is almost more than One and half month

Mistakenly I registered twice times in opu and I have proof also I call them they said that refund will be received after all students registered but till now I have not received my fund.
