The Dhol person charge me double user as he was abusing and yelling at me because he was unable to scan my FASTag scan code I asked him to scan it again but he was forcefully asked me to do that W is in charge I don’t know why but my FASTag account was having balance but he didn’t deducted the balance from the account of fast tag I request you to refund my five Rs.540 in my genuine account as he didn’t want to deduct the amount and take double charge from me I already raised a complaint on NHAI and Dhol can I called Dhol person also but he abused and said that we can’t help you out you can just contact to your bank but I am not no no don’t know why he said like this and I ask him to refund the amount whatever the genuine one you can take but the axis account excess amount I want little

    On 16 th Dec 21 I was traveling from Mumbai to pune in morning. At Khalapur toll plaza, toll of rs 203 got cut via Fasttag. At Talegaon toll plaza, I was charged 203 again. I paid via cash ( receipt attached)

    please arrange refund of extra amount that got cut

      Day before yesterday i was traveled from pune to Mumbai via old Mumbai-Pune highway, at Varsoli toll plaza Rupesh Shivaji More ask me to pay toll by cash because their system was unable to deduct toll amount from my fastag, i have told him that i have sufficient balance in my fastag please take from it only otherwise leave my vehicle, but he was not listen to me and hold my vehicle till his system rectify the error and deduct toll amount from my fastag after 25 minutes between these these time he gave me silli answers like he told me to call my fastag bank to validate issue at around 1:30am. He didn't know about rules about fastag it is not acceptable. Please give some knowledge about rules of fastag and how to speak with persons, he speak with me very rudely . He waste my time due to his system error.

        Address: Mumbai Pune Express way

        On 6th Dec at Talegaon Toll they told me my Fastag is invalid / blacklisted & forced me to pay double charges for Mumbai journey (INR 540/-) - however my Fastag was active and not blacklisted with enough balance. It worked at Vashi Bridge on same day & it worked at Khalapur toll on my way back on 07th Dec. I need my money back which i paid double (INR 270/-)

        You can see in attached receipt of Toll which i paid double (@ 13:51:11) & you can see my Fastag statement which has balance (@13:42Hrs)

          Address: Khadki pune

          The toll fir shedung is Rs. 41 and Kusgain is Rs. 41 and Dehu road is Rs. 41 the total is Rs. 123 . But when we take direct toll from Shedung tobDehu road they take Rs. 135 why so. Are we fools to pay extra at once. This is cheating and fraud been done. It should be less. Than single toll.

              Requesting to please close this toll naka if you are not able to manage it properly. Why people should pay tolls after spending their precious time in long queues.

              As a local resident near shedung toll Naka, I can confirm here that this is a never-ending story. To cross this toll naka you have to have to spend at least 10 mins. On weekend expect 30 mins - 1 hour.
              It's doesn't make any sense to pay tolls for better roads and waste fuel in unmanaged queues.
              It's become a daily headache now. Central govt minister Mr. Nitin Gadkari ji please look into this.

                Please solve traffic jam all day at umbhel gam near kamrej toll plaza surat. Bigger speed breaker and only two lane. So, kindly solve traffic.

                  I was going to pune yesterday my fast tag is not working so I paid cash 270 after that u charged me 203 at talegaon toll Naka by fast tag u charged me double toll at time I complent there no one help me I request u refund me 203

                    Some days ago our near over bridge light off than service team come and repair but all over bridge lights not on NH-64 Ahemdabad-Vadodara At Mogar-388340 LHS side service road all lights off complete 1 side off and not start near 1 week and continue So start that Overbridge lights it's request Team IRB thnkss

                      While travelling from Pune to Mumbai via expressway, INR270 paid via cash. I did had fastTag but it was of different vehicle and toll official told that it wont be allowed, so paid in cash. When I reached to Khalapur toll plaza, I shown receipt, they opened barrier as well but at the same time, fastTag got charged which was in pocket and pocket was in bag. Still it got charged for INR203. I thought, it was by mistake and so while return travel I again paid INR270 in cash and same happened on Talegaon toll plaza. Amount from fastTag got charged by INR203. Again fastTag was in pocket.

                        Extra money deducted at toll plaza

                        Address: Talegaon

                        I crossed Khalapur toll and paid 203 via fastag.
                        When I reached Talegaon I was short on fastag balance so I had to pay through Cash.
                        In talegaon toll i should have been charged 67 only but they again charged me 203....

                        Why is the 1033 number not working ! We had to wait at the toll junction for 20 mins and why we must pay toll ?

                          II was travelling through mumbai pune expressway.

                          At khalapur toll plaza, I paid 203 for car (single journey) through fasttag. Pfa paytm fasttag screenshot.

                          At Talegaon toll plaza again I had to pay 406 rs. I could not understand for what purpose amount is taken as was exiting from expressway. Pfa toll reciept. Please check this and return 406 rs to me.

                            As per guideline given, the local vehicles from Surat city can pass through choryasi toll plaza freely.
                            I am residing at Surat and my vehicle is registered under Surat RTO office.
                            but when i have passed through Choryasi toll plaza with my four wheeler no. GJ05JF7701 on dated 21/11/2021 at 23:18:33 pm from wallet [protected] i was charged Rs. 80 and my fast tag was deducted without any prior information. Even i have passed through the last lane for the local vehicle.
                            which is illegal and not acceptable.
                            so, i am requesting you to please do the needful and reverse the deducted amount in my wallet on urgent basis.
                            and take care in future for the same incidents.

                              On28.11.21 I paid a toll of Rs203 attalegaon toll plaza of MH 42 K4156 at 22:56:53 hrs, Txn ID FT[protected] and on same date at 23:42:39 again my toll of Rs 67 is deducted. So Pl. refund the additional toll deducted at khalapur toll plaza, Txn ID FT[protected].

                                I was wrongly charged at Somatne phata toll today on 28th November at around 145 pm afternoon. I stay at Talegaon Dhabade and had showed him my registration card with address. The digital plate showed exempted but when I reached home 41 rupees got deducted. Plz refund as soon as possible. An amount of Rs 203 charged at Talegaon toll at 08.21 pm while crossing from Pune and same amount Rs230 charged at 09.10 pm Khalapur toll plaza. Total toll levied for a single journey from Pune to Mumbai amount Rs 460, however toll to be charge for the same should be Rs. 67+203 =270. Screen shot for the above levied toll charges attached for reference.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and refund the extra charged amount in my Paytm wallet as details provided in screenshot.

                                      I was travelling from Alibag to Pune on 21st Nov 2021. Entered the Khalapur toll where Fast tag amount of 135 Rs got deducted.
                                      My balance showed -18 Rs (Negative balance)
                                      As reached to Talegaon toll, fast tag showed low balance and toll people insisted to pay by cash which they took Rs. 203 by cash. Ideally it should have been only 68 Rs.
                                      So I paid 203+135 = 338 Rs instead of 203Rs.

                                      How can I get the refund of 135rs?
