My Car registration number is MH 46 BQ 7583.I was travelling Pune to Mumbai on 19 Oct 2021 . On reaching Khalapur toll naka at 1.40 pm, 67=00 we're deducted from my fast tag and I was told that there is no balance in my account and I was charged 203=00 . I have the reciept of it and also a message from my bank account of 67 rs deduction. This is cheating. What should I do?...

My driver travelled in my Car MH-03-DA-0074 from Pune to Mumbai on 15-Oct-21 morning on Expressway.
He crossed the Talegaon Toll Naka, run by MPEL, around 10.45am. I got an SMS from PayTm that Rs203 Toll was deducted.
He reached Khalapur Toll Naka around 12.45pm. There he was made to pay Rs.203 due to so-called Fastag (MAKDG183DJ4005964) problem, when the toll was already deducted from same Fastag at Talegaon Toll Naka just 2 hrs back.
Further the toll was deducted at Airoli without any issue from same Fastag.
So it's clear that the issue was with Khalapur Toll Naka Tag Readers and not with my Car's Fastag.
I want my Rs.203-67=136 back immediately.

    They charge me 203 rs twice.

      An amount of Rs. 394 was charged on my fast tag due to "Manual Debit" for travel on 26th September 2021 at Talegoan toll plaza. But an auto debit of Rs 203 was already done for my car Maruti Alto-K10 (Reg. No. MH01CP0113). Kindly explain this "Manual Debit" as I feel this is cheating and a fraud. The fast Tag company Axis Bank has expressed their inability to solve the same.

        On date 14OCT 2021 at 21:52 Hrs.vehicle number DD03H1907 is passed from the line of local vehicle line of Bhagwada toll plaza near Vapi (Gujrath)
        The vehicle is registered as a local vehicle number then why money shall be deducted from account?
        It's my sincere request to team that I want my deducted amount in account.
        Kindly do the needful.

          I would like to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 250 was collected from me in on the Anand-Ahmedabad expressway.Even though having balance in fastag. (Screenshot of amout receipt attached). After that, at Ringrod Toll Plaza Ahmedabad, first the Fastag code was scanned but the officer said that their device was unable to read the code. Saying this, they asked me to pay Rs. 140 in cash ( receipt attached) at . And same thing happened while returning.

          This happened a day back.

          Request you to refund the extra Rs. 250 collected from me.

            Hi IRB Toll management team,

            I would like to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 203 was collected twice on my journey from Mumbai to Pune on the expressway.
            An amount of Rs. 203 was deducted from my Fastag account on the Khalapur Toll Plaza at 9:49 am 16th Sept (Screenshot attached) and again Rs.203 deducted at Talegaon Toll Plaza at 10:47 am 16th Sept (Screenshot attached). Ideally Rs.203+Rs.67 =Rs.270/- should be charged to my FASTag but was charged Rs.203+Rs.203=Rs.406/-.

            Request you to refund the excessive amount of Rs.136/- to my FASTag account.

                  I would like to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 203 was collected from me twice on the Mumbai-Pune expressway.
                  An amount of Rs. 203 was deducted from my Fastag account on the Talegaon Toll Plaza at 18:31 (Screenshot of amout deducted attached). After that, at Khalapur Toll Plaza, first the Fastag code was scanned but the officer said that their device was unable to read the code. Saying this, they asked me to pay Rs. 203 in cash ( receipt attached) at 19:33. And then after a while I got a message that Rs. 67 was deducted at 19:33 from the Fastag account. So from Talegaon to Khalapur Toll Plaza, a total toll of Rs. 473 was collected from me.
                  Request you to refund the extra Rs. 203 collected from me.

                    I was on my way to lonavala and at talegao toll plaza the balance on my fastag showed low and couldn’t complete the transaction. The operator asked me to pay cash, but I didn’t have any cash on me, so i told him i will add money to my fastag in a minute. He started abusing me and yelling at me. Asked me to keep my phone as leverage and park my car. Which i did. Then i asked for the phone to add money to the fastag when my car was parked on the side and i was at the toll operator’s office. He started screaming and abusing, questioning my family morality and ethics for having low balance on the tag. I took the phone and added money to it. While i was doing it, he was continuously yelling and saying ‘add karlo mai scan karne hi nahi wala, adha ghanta rukna padega tab tak mai haath bhi nahi lagaunga’ were his words to be precise. Told him to scan and complete the transaction and he kept ignoring me. I tried speaking to the traffic police stationed at the toll to help, they denied saying ‘jao use request karo, thoda please please karo, kar dega. Thoda patience rakho ho jaega’. This banted went on for 30-35 minutes and still he wasn’t ready to do the transaction. I finally called a friend and handed him the phone to speak, he denied and quickly dis the scan and completed the transaction. While doing this also he was abusing me in some local slangs.
                    I request you to take the strictest possible action and set an example, so that regular tax payers of the country don’t get this sort of a treatment, despite honestly following all the rules and regulations.

                      I have been charged extra on Telgaon and khalapur toll naka on 29th Sept 2021, Money from my fastag wallet had been deducted and cash was also paid on both the tolls while travelling from Pune to Mumbai and Mumbai to Pune.

                        I was on my back from my way to Mumbai from Pune. I was charged 203 at the Talegaon toll naka via fast tag. I did not have have balance on my fast tag at the Khalapur toll naka so had to pay in cash. The attendant asked me for Rs 203 instead of the regular toll of Rs 67. That's Rs 136 extra!!

                        My vehicle no is MH46P2785. Please provide me with a refund. Attached is the copy of the bill for your reference.

                          On 24th Sep 2021 I was charged Rs. 203.00 on my Fastag when I entered khalapur Mumbai Expressway. When I entered at tale Gaon, I was again charged Rs. 203 for no apparent reason and asked to pay cash. Kindly refund the extra charge. My car no is MH 47 AY 2431

                            I traveled from Mumbai to Pune on 26/09/2021 via Mumbai Pune expressway. Rs.203 toll deducted at both Khalapur and Talegaon toll plaza. I want refund of Rs.67 plus compensation charges which was deducted at talegaon toll plaza wrongly.

                              I have FASTAG account with HDFC. Yesterday, i.e. 26th September 2021 we drove back by my car MH13CK1310 from Mumbai Air Port to Pune. On the return journey at Khalapur Toll naka there was deduction of INR 203.00 at 07:27:25. Again at Telegaon there was deduction of INR 203.00 at 08:10:58. Whereas at Talegaon the toll charges should be INR 67.00. Hence forth process the refund to my CAR number MH13CK1310 along with the penalty of INR 1000.00 We are blindly following FASTAG deduction because of TRUST and FAITH. Hence I am looking forward towards account credit in my CAR number MH13CK1310 with INR 1067.00

                                Hi Team

                                I have a Fast tag account with airtel and vehicle no is MH04 GM 4462. There is a debit balance showing of 1173 in my Airtel bank account on enquiry came to know there is a debit request raised by Khalapur Toll plaze of Rs 1173 for 30th July, where as on 30th July already I have a debit of Rs 203 also when I returned back on 1st Aug 2021 for that also there is a debit of Rs 203
                                Please clarify the debit request of Rs1173 is what for ?
                                Due to this Airtel has blacklisted my Fasttag

                                Need a help in resolving the same

                                  I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune from Old Mumbai-Pune highway on 22nd sep 2021.
                                  Around 9 pm i crossed the Dehuroad Tollplaza for which i was charged 54 rs.
                                  The amount that would get deducted on the dehuroad tollplaza earlier was 40 rs.There is no any information on why this extra money was deducted .
                                  I want a immediate refund for the extra money that has deducted from my fastag account balance.
                                  Requesting immediate support and help regarding the issue

                                    Good morning

                                    Need your kind support to resolve my situation.

                                    This is regarding the additional toll amount which got deducted on 1st Sep 2021.

                                    On 1st Sep 2021, I traveled to Khed via Talegaon and I returned to Mumbai on the same day.

                                    I purposely paid all types of toll amounts in cash at Khalapur Toll Plaza and at Talegaon Toll plaza because I was aware that my fast tag account has a low balance on that day.

                                    Later from 2 or 3rd Sep 2021, I started receiving SMS on a daily basis from AXIS fast tag support that 135 Rs. is overdrawn in my fast tag account.

                                    I have informed AXIS fast tag support regarding this but they requested me to share copies of paid receipts but I don't have them now.

                                    Here, my situation is very much real and true otherwise I would not bother you or Axis Bank fast tag team for the matter such a small amount but why I shall pay extra unnecessarily.

                                    Since I travelled so far for the first time so I was not aware that such situations also can happen to me or anyone otherwise I would have kept all the receipts safely.

                                    Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and If you could, then please share soft copies of toll receipts for the payment which I made in cash on 1st Sep 2021.

                                    My vehicle no. is MH 01 DP 4958.

                                      Greetings,
                                      I have a fastag account with airbank car no. MP12BC8899. I crossed the vasad toll on 19/09/21 at 16:50:31. At the toll they said that I don't have any balance in my fastag account and hence had to pay 260 which was 130 for toll and 130 for penalty for not having fastag.
                                      5 minutes after crossing the toll, 130 rs. Got deducted from my fastag account and there was still balance left.
                                      So the toll people took 260 extra from us.
                                      Please look into this matter. This is extremely unacceptable.
