When going through Vashi toll plaza today through fastag lane, the attendent stopped the car in front of me and said the scanner is not reading and there was not enough balance in the account. That person paid cash. The attendent said the same to me. I showed him the balance on my phone. He then sheepishly let me go. Within a minute, I also received a message that fastag toll had been deducted also. So if I had paid cash, it wouldbedouble payment. Can the authorities look into this matter? This must be happening fairly regularly
