Today on 15th Jul 2021 while traveling from Pune to Mumbai the person on the Toll Plaza told that the Fastag didn't charged and collected cash. Whereas the amount got debited to Fastag account. Please call on [protected] and let me know the process of claiming refund

While comming from pune to mumbai 203 rupees were charged from me by fasttag i had balance of rs 300 in my paytm wallet.
Thenon second toll near mumbai... that guy asked me to pay 203 again saying that there was less balance in my wallet

My vehicle number is MH20 EY3050.
I was asked for ₹270 cash at Talegaon toll booth. They said Fasttag is not working.
I paid cash. After 5 minutes, I got message from paytm that ₹203 was debited from my fasttag account.

I have traveled on 5 July 2021 from Pune to Mumbai by car MH 11 BV 9981 at Talegaon toll plaza amount of 270/-rupees had been taken cash from me and 203/- had been deducted from my fast tag account timing of travel: 5 July 2021 at 14:11:22 and transaction number is [protected]

I request you to please refund Rs 270/- amount to my fastag account at earliest

I was travelling yesterday from Panvel to Pune on khalapur toll my toll deducted from my brother account's fasttag ac and they have took me cash too..please give me my money back.

I'm travelling from ahmedabad to Anand
When I reach at Ahmedabad baroda express highway. The both operator ask double charge because in my fast tag account 150 rs belance and said it's low so if you want go you have to pay double amount. I have requested that with short time I will through net banking or paytm but he said no you have to pay double amount even he didn't give me complain book. Finally i have to paid double amount. After reach at anand the both ooerator take so much time and didn't return my recipt
I have ask 2 or 3 times but he refused and said take your car ahead. My car no is GJ 01KJ 3045.
SO PL CH CCTV footages and take action against booth operator.

Today 3/07/2021 at talegaon toll plaza I showed my army id card to to toll executive and he denied to exempt toll for defence person. He doesn't even have sense, how he is talking with a defence person . I started my journey from mumbai two toll plaza before talegaon toll plaza exempted me from toll but talegaon toll plaza denied toll exemtion . Plz let me know wich authority orderd them to collect a toll from defence person. Other wise I will complaint this matter to union transport minister . they charged me 203 rs .

I travelled to Poona on 30.06.2021 by my vehical no MH 06 BU 4316
Toll for Poona to Mumbai is Rs.270.00. While going to Pune toll of Rs.270.00 was correctly deducted from my fastag account, but on return journey to mumbai toll of Rs.203.00 was deducted from fastag and again toll of Rs.203.00 was collected at Khalapur toll plaza which was paid in cash.(copy of toll is enclosed) .I informed at Khalapur toll plaza that I already paid Rs.203.00 at Talegaon plaza, but there Rs.203.00 were collected form me.That means total toll of Rs.406.00 was paid by me on return journey.
It.means excess toll of Rs.136.00 was collected from me.
Pl.do the needful and refund the excess amt to my fastag account

We travelled today on 29/06/2021 Pune to Mumbai. We have paid toll at Talegaon toll plaza @ 02.21pm with cash, as we don't have that much balance in my Fast tag wallet. On 03.09pm I received message from Fast tag "INR 203 toll debited from Tag 3XXX2200 for vehicle no. MH43AJ5918 AT Khalapur Toll Plaza on 29/06/21 15:03. Avbl Bal INR-54. IDFC FIRST Bank".

I have attached here my fasting notification and and cash receipt.

IRB had charged me double time for single journey. I request you to refund extra amount which was deduced from my Fast tag wallet.

I was travelling from Pune to Nashik on 27th June 2021 while passing at MOSHI Toll Plaza at 6.48 am TOLL deducted Rs.37/- and while passing at RAJGURUNAGER Toll Plaza at 7.08 am again TOLL deducted Rs.37/-.

For ONE WAY JOURNEY - RAJGURUNAR Toll Plaza is a pass through toll plaza, amount should be zero but they deducted Rs.37/- extra .

I am frequent traveler on this route and every time while coming from pune this IRB TOLL PLAZA - RAJGURNAGAR they always deduct the double amount.

Kindly resolve and reimburse the same.

Please find attached both receipts .

I was travelling from Pune to Nashik on 22nd June 2021 while passing at MOSHI Toll Plaza at 5.55 am TOLL deducted Rs.37/- and while passing at RAJGURUNAGER Toll Plaza at 6.26 am again TOLL deducted Rs.18.50/-.

For ONE WAY JOURNEY - RAJGURUNAR Toll Plaza is a pass through toll plaza, amount should be zero but they deducted Rs.18.50/- extra .

I am frequent traveler on this route and every time while coming from pune this IRB TOLL PLAZA - RAJGURNAGAR they always deduct the double amount.

Kindly resolve and reimburse the same.

I am frequent traveler on this route and every time while coming from pune this IRB TOLL PLAZA - RAJGURNAGAR they always deduct the double amount.

Dear Team..

Today, at your Shedung toll I was asked to pay cash, despite my request for using Fastag toll collection. After paying cash, even my Fastag account was also charged.. resulting in double toll.. I'm attaching proofs for double toll collection done at the same time..

This is highly unprofessional. Your ground staff not aware of process.. and we are charged double..

While passing through the vashi toll naka in cash line I have been collected cash after some time I found that it was collected through fast tag also. Please refund the same. I m attaching both screen shot. My car no MH 43 AT 7822

MH46BQ6067 Maruti Ertiga passed from Khalapur Toll from Panvel to Lonavala at 10.04 a.m. First the attendant told that fastag could not be read. Then he tried with hand scanner. Then he asked to pay by cash Rs.270 to open the gate.
The cash was paid. However, the fastag was charged with Rs.203. The cash must be refunded.

Dear Sir / Madam

When I exited the Mumbai - Pune Expressway at Shedung Toll Plaza on Monday, 21 June 2021 at 1055 Hrs there was a big queue to cross the Toll Plaza. When I reached the Toll Plaza Gate Barrier & inquired why was there so much delay for each car to cross the barrier they informed the Toll Plaza personnel informed me they were facing an internet glitch & hence they were facing a glitch in reading the Fast tag. I informed them then as per the law if the line for crossing the toll plaza gate is long or over 3 minutes waiting by default they are supposed to open the barrier & let the vehicles through. They were quite rude & said this was not the case & one would have to wait.

This is absolutely wrong on their part & it is sheer harassment to us the end user of the toll plaza. What is the use o[censored]sing the Expressway by paying extra money if there is so much delay in just crossing the Toll Naka?

For your information it took more then 15 minutes once I was standing in line to reach the toll plaza barrier & there also for the barrier to open it took almost 3 minutes.

I want to get back my refund for the amount of ₹ 46. How do I go about it. Kindly advise by return e-mail.

We were travelling from mumbai to pune yesterday night and had paid the khopoli toll in cash for amount 270...and when we reached talegaon again the toll was charged through fastag for Rs 203...Despite of showing the previous paid till ticket... pls return the double charged toll for 203 rs... pls do the needful as early as possible... hope for ur positive actions

At khed shivapur toll plaza, vehicles with MH14 are exempted from toll tax. Still toll was deducted twice for my car MH14HQ0413.

At Chakan Toll Plaza the toll amount of Rs.37 was deducted from the Fastag then also the accounted person took the amount Rs.37 in cash.

please do the needful actions.
So we request you a refund as soon as possible.
