Address: 62, Krishna Nagar, Dr. Ambedkar' road Parel Mumbai.

Dear team,

My vehicle number MH01CT2668 has passed from talegaon toll plaza on[protected]:32.

Even after having exemption of toll for Eve of Ganesh utsav festival in konkan having letter from Police station, toll employee without checking issued toll of rupees 240 only.

Employee didn't even checked and directly cut the money. For more information I have sticked my fastTag on car.

I am attaching screenshot of the money deduction below.

I have also tried to call helpline number of toll but some number told they have left the job. Some told wrong number, some people's after earing issue didn't even receiving calls. Last hope of ray is by you.

    During Ganesh Festival 2023 Maharashtra Govt issues Toll Free passes to Visit Konkan via National Highway. I have also taken pass from Traffic Police station at Sion and fixed it on my Vehicle. But still On[protected] at 11:07:32 hrs.Rs.115 has been deducted from my fast tag account at Khed - Shivapur Toll plaza for my Vehicle Registration No MH02AQ8498 And Fast Tag 🆔[protected]
    Toll Transaction 🆔[protected]
    Wallet 🆔 [protected]
    And on[protected] at 18:56:56 hrs. at Khalpur Toll plaza Rs.240 has been deducted from my fast tag account.

    Wallet 🆔 [protected]
    I therefore request you please look into this matter and refund my money back to my Fast Tag account at the earliest.

      We travelled from panvel to mahad on 17/09/23 06:23:19 through khopoli and back on 24/09/23 08:21:00. (Vehicle MH46CE0039). Toll authority deducted toll in both time after showing toll free pass issued by Khandheshwar police station in Maharashtra Government standrad Form. We attached proof for the same. Kindly clarify why deduct the toll.

        Deducting toll even after showing free toll pass for ganpati.

        Hi,
        Tol charges were wrongly deducted even after showing free toll ganpati pass. Pls refund my money back..
        Attached is my ganpati toll free pass

        कृपया उपरोक्‍त विषय के संदर्भ में निवेदन है कि, वलसाड गुजरात से वापी तक नैशनल हाय वे नंबर 48 टोल रोड पर घरेलू जानवर जैसे कि गाय, भैंस एवं उनके बच्‍चे हाय वे पर जमावडा करके बैठे रहते एवं डिवाईडर के बीच में भी बैठे रहते है . ऐसा ही नहीं तो यह बगवाडा, वापी टोल प्‍लाझा के आसपास पर भी इनका जमावडा होता है. इसकी जानकारी मैने बगवाडा टोल प्‍लाझा के कर्मचारीओं की दी है परंतु इसका कोई असर हुआ नहीं है. इससे वो कभी भी रोड के पहली लेने पर आ सकते है. इससे अपघात हो सकता है एवं गाडी चलाने में दिक्‍कते आती है.

            On Mumbai Pune express way I have travelled on Sunday 3 September 2023 via my private car no. MH03BH3475.
            On Talegaon toll plaza I have paid rupees 350 by cash due to fastag issue. Again on Khalapur toll plaza toll of rupees 240 deducted from my fastag account. Please refund rupees 240.

              On Bombay Pune express way I have travelled on Saturday 02/ 09/2023 via my private car No.MH 14 JE 8585 .I have filled toll of Rs 320 /- on talegaon toll plaza by cash due to problem in fastag.On Khalapur plaza again the toll of Rs 240/- is deducted via fastag. please refund 240/- to my account.

                Today 19/8/23I was traveling to Panvel from pune from my Tata Nexon MH14KS4750 my fast tag has charging issue my Toll amount deducted at Talegaon toll plaza from my ICICI fast tag was Rs 240 and(attached proof for deduction)but at Khalapur Toll plaza at 12:35:10Hrs my fasttag was not scanned due to less balance and I was in normal lane for cars still they asked me to pay 240 Rs Cash (proof is enclosed herewith) so look in the matter and pay me my balance amount after taking actual toll my Google pay no is [protected] please deposit balance amount as early as possible

                  My vehicle MH04FU9009 IS BEEN PARKED IN MY COMPLEX ONLY SINCE YESTERDAY NIGHT, BUT I WAS CHARGED TOLL OF Rs 65 for some Charoti Toll today at 09.37.14 am.

                    On 29th July 2023 10:27:33 am I arived at Talegaon toll plaza, Mumbai pune express highway, with my vehilcle MH46CH8884, I've shown toll free pass to pundharpur, even after showing the pass, my amount of Rs 240 deducted from fast tag. Request you to look in and revert my amount.

                      Rs. 240 has been deducted on your IDBI Bank FASTag ending 5485 against VRN MH03EB7791 on[protected]:07:32 at Khalapur Toll Plaza 540003. Available balance is Rs. 899.5 if you made the payment through cash and even your wallet has been debited then click on http://nc3.in/m2kUpm6 to raise dispute. Always wear seat belt in front and rear seats while travelling.

                      I exited at Khandala for.going to Lonavla station.
                      Toll should be Rs 160, instead they deducted Rs 240.

                        Dear sir, madam

                        This is to inform and file a grievance for the excess toll charges deducted by IRB on the YC Mumbai pune expressway on 9th June 2023.

                        Case detail: I was driving from my car MH03DA5774 from Mumbai to Pune in the evening. I was charged rs 240.0 at the Khalapur Toll via my fast tag. (Attached transaction)

                        At Talegaon toll, I was to pay Rs80.0 at the fast tag lane 4, the fast tag showed negative balance. Hence, as per rule I should have been charged rs 80 or 160 (double if there is a penalty), however, the toll person asked for Rs 480.0 which I had to pay via my credit card. (Attached credit card transaction).

                        In total I paid 720 Rs.
                        I understand these charges are excess and I request for clarification and refund.

                            My vehicle No. is MH-05-EA-0431, I have never travelled to Gujarat. However when I checked my fasttag account with Karu Vysya Bank two days ago, came to know that on 9.06.2023 Rs. 80 have been deducted with transaction id.[protected]-0020040100906230320511, against vehicle no.MH05EA431, customer ID. 32974, tag id 34161FA8203286F8082DEE40, on 9.06.2023 at 3:23:41 am transaction time.

                            Please let me know how this is possible. Also the toll charges are Rs. 75 but deducted amount is Rs.80.

                              I have had my Fast tag registered against vehicle MH 12 DY 7063 for more than one year. While traveling from Mumbai to Pune Yesterday at the Khalapur toll plaza, there was an error message received as "Fast tag closed " and I was asked to pay double fare in cash( Rs. 320+Rs. 320).

                              On contacting the Bank it was confirmed stated that the Fast tag is active with balance Rs 700.

                              I hereby request you to refund the additional charge of Rs. 320 at the toll plaza as the vehicle was not allowed to pass without paying the same in crowd.

                                    I travelled from Panvel to Pune on 17/05/2023 via Express way.
                                    At Khalapur Toll Plaza 240 Rs were deducted from Fastag Paytm a/c and at Talegaon Toll Plaza 80 Rs were deducted.
                                    Is it correct ?

                                      I was travelling from Gulbarga to Mumbai on 20/05/2023. My fastag was damaged so there was no physical fastag available. At every toll plaza till pune mumbai expressway i used to tell my vehicle number and my balance from wallet used to get deducted. When i said the same to the IRB Toll Pune Mumbai Expressway Plaza, they said that this wont happen at their toll plaza and i have to pay by cash. I was charged double amount of the toll amount. When in every toll plaza on my way i was charged using my vehicle number, why is it not allowed on expressway. Same fastag, same readers, same system but still not possible. This is actually looting people.
