Address: Rajguru nagar, Moshi, Pune

I am frequent traveller from Pune to Sangamner by my vehicle MH17CM0896. I always pay my toll amount every time visit. At moshi toll plaza, toll employee asked me to pay cash instead of Fast Tag. So I paid the toll amount of Rs. 37 and got receipt at Moshi toll plaza. I showed the same receipt at Rajguru Nagar toll plaza. They accepted the receipt But they deducted Rs. 37 through fast tag. How can you deduct toll amount twice. This is serious as it might be happening with other travellers too. Please refund my money back or I will have to complain regarding it in consumer court. I have attached the receipt with this complaint.

      Toll was deducted automatically inspite of being a government vehicle and even after showing official identify card I got the message of deduction later on. No valid contact number given either.
      Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 46 for transaction for Vehicle MH02EE**** at Toll Shedung Toll Plaza on[protected]T10:59:05. Balance amount in the Account is Rs. 154. Call toll free number [protected] for any dispute.

        Address: Ahmedabad Vadodara express way Vadodara exit

        We had to stand in queue for 20 mins even when we had fastag just because of irresponsible management of toolboth incharge. They were arguing using rash language and were too rude even when the mistake was their. They did not mark the lanes for trucks and cars separately and were arguing that we had to wait cause we made mistake of entering wrong lane. They did not even mark the reversible lane until we reached at the toolboth. Extremely bad management and customer interaction. This incident happened on 27/02/2021 09:00hrs

          Address: KHED SHIVAPUR TOLL NAKA , DIST PUNE

          Frequent traveller on Khed Shivapur highway, MH12 ND MH14 vehicle are exempted from toll but due to fast tag it is automatically debited,
          Even if you wait before, the toll collector purposely don't enter and ask us to come ahead . The amount should be refunded back whatever debited - Rs.95/00 on 25/2/21

            Pune mumbai express way, i travel on 24feb 2021 evening. At talegaov toll plaza, fastag didn't scanned. I paid in cash 270 rs
            Next khalapur i showed them receipt. But deduct 203rs. From fastag from khalapur toll plaza.

              I travelled from Mumbai to Pune and the total toll is Rs.270 i.e. Rs.203 at Khalapur and Rs.67 at Talegaon. I was having a active fastag with sifficient balance to travel . at khalapur I was debited with Rs.203 but at Talegaon toll the toll people fooled us saying there are no sufficient funds in my wallet and charged me more Rs.203. They were supposed to debit Rs.67 from fastag for which my fastag was having sufficient balance. The guys are fooling innocent people there. Check the screenshot attached. Rs.203 debited at Khalapur toll and I was supposed to be debited Rs.67 at Talegaon toll but the people harrased and forced me to pay more Rs.203 in cash. I want a refund for same. Ever since fastag is implemented I am using it not to be get fooled or looted by such guys.

                I have crossed Vadodara NE 1 toll plaza at 06:42 pm on 20th Feb 2021 and crossed exit toll plaza ta Nadiad at 07:31 pm on 20th Feb 2021.
                Fastag was scanned and I was able to pass the Vadodara toll plaza but fastag was not scanned at exit (Nadiad) toll plaza. Hence, toll booth operator asked me to pay in cash. However, at 09:42 pm on 20th Feb 2021 Rs. 60 was deducted from fastag as well.
                Now Paytm is not reversing the deducted amount and IRB (toll booth operator) is also not giving back my money.
                I do have both toll receipt and fastag deduction receipt and also you can check the camera of toll plaza for above mentioned timings.

                As of now I am asking for wrong deduction only!

                if the complaint will not heard and resolve within next 24 hours i will ask for reimbursement for wasting my time as well!

                  Then when i reached khalapur toll plaza I was charged 203 rupees again in cash
                  Whereas Pune to mumbai toll charges are 270

                      Travelled from Mumbai to pune (lonavla) 13/2/2021 by express way. Paid cash 270/- Trans no [protected] as I did not have that much amount in my wallet. But later on my return journey I deposited amount in my wallet and found that another 203/- was dededucted by fastag for the same one way journey Mumbai to pune (lonavla) by Trans no FT[protected] 13/2/2021

                        I have been charged ₹.203 at khalapur toll plaza instead of ₹67, and further at Talegaon I have again paid the same amount of ₹ 203 via cash since they said my fastag bal.is low. So I need to get refund of₹ 187 as per the toll charges.
                        Also attached the bill for ur.reference.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          It was decided that the vehicles(being MH-12 and MH-14 registration nos) will be exempted from toll tax at khed shivapur toll plaza(Pune). than why they are charging every time also intimate to toll tax person.. they confirm toll tax not charged.. after left toll plaza .. amount has deducted from my account.

                          Please refund the amount to my account and intimate the same strictly khed-shivapur toll plaza immediately.

                          Hope I will receive refund and reply on same and it will resolve the issue permanently.

                            I am travelling from Khalapur toll plaza by vehicle Registration no MH -20 -DJ -2820 on Dt.13/02/2021 around 5:29p.m. I give cash payment of Rs.203.00 for toll but after some time i saw msg on mobile for deductions of Rs.135.00 from my Airtel fastag account balance.so refund my deducted account balance as early as possible.

                                My car was breakdown at around 8:31pm on 13 Feb 2021 at around 8-10kms after leaving khalapur toll for mumbai,

                                As an emergency, Immediately I dialled to khalapur toll helpline numbers, I might have dialling them continuously for an hour, but no one was answering the call.

                                As vehicle moves with speed of 100-120 on this highway and we were in middle lane we were stuck in risky and dangerous situation, need to know how this helpline is managed even after the country is paying for that via tolls

                                  I was travelling from mumbai to pune and at khopoli toll plaza, booth controller used HAND operated scanner and told that I dont have enough balance on gast tag. Now I can prove balance I had with bank transaction details...its anyone can prove. But surprisingly booth manager behaved very rudely and asked me to pay in cash. Why are they using Hand scanners??? I am not clear with objective here what government wants do here...at one place asking us to go for online payments and at second place deploying such goons who even dont use proper systems and harasses common people !

                                    I travelled from Mumbai to Pune on the morning of February 5, 2021 - Vehicle registration MH 02 FG 1501. I paid the toll in cash (INR 270) at Khalapur toll plaza with exit plaza mentioned as Talegaon. During exit at Talegaon, I reproduced the receipt at the counter, but still a toll of INR 203 was extracted from the FASTag of the vehicle. Please refund the excess amount to me as soon as possible.
                                    FASTag statement and cash receipt have been enclosed with the complaint.

                                      My toll tax was illegally collected at KHED SHIVAPUR toll plaza near Pune (On Pune- Bangalore National Highway), even though it is exempted for MH14 passing vehicles.
                                      Please resolve matter & arrange for the refund.
