I paid cash Rs 270 at Khalapur toll plaza on 23.01.2021. Again Rs 203 deducted from my Fastag vehicle no. GJ01RX0454 vide Toll txn Id: 0100001282053652203589 at 20:36:18 hrs at Talegaon toll plaza. Kindly refund my Rs 203 to Fastag id 50489789. Fastag upi id netc.[protected]@paytm

When I asked about the double toll, the staff spoke in a chucky way

I pey Rs 270 toll by cash for a full Mumbai-Pune journey, after that Rs 203 was deducted from Fastag. This happened twice on 20/01/2021 and 23/01/2021.
Before this, after taking a toll of Rs. 203 at one place, At the check post, Rs 203 was charged instead of Rs 68 By giving such false information no balance in your fastag .
Hopefully thousands of people are being deceived We are creating misconceptions among the people about our concept of fastag. I am thinking that I do not want to use fastag.

Had traveled from shedung nh48 toll plaza on 20/01/2021 at 08:55:55 am i had paid rs 61.50 in cash my tr no is [protected] my reg no .Is 1421 and user is 26163 also rs 41 and rs 46 in return amount has got deducted from my fast tag account

so please refund amount of rs 41 and rs 46 which is paid through fast tag

Cars with no fast tag are being allowed in lanes dedicated to fastag on both toll plazas on Mumbai Pune express way. This causes delay for cars with fastag. This is not at all beneficial for person who bought fastag, in fact it completely ends the only benefit of fastag user.

On my travel from pune to Mumbai, we were charged twice for the same expressway route.

Pune to Mumbai - toll 1 charged 203/-
And then again at toll 2 charged 270/-

When I was supposed to be charged only 270/- at toll 1.

I would like to have the refund of the 203/- charged at toll 1

Attached all the toll booth receipts and even vashi toll to prove that the facts

While coming back from Mumbai to Pune I was charged INR 203 twice, once at Khalapur Toll Naka and again at Take-home toll Naka. Please help with the reimbursement.

On 17.01.2021 at about 6.15 pm while coming from pune to mumbai at Talegaon toll naka due to heavy traffic I was diverted to opposite side cash lane. I have paid cash of Rs 270 at Talegaon toll naka. While passing through khalapur toll naka again Rs 203 deducted from my fastag. Pl refund Rs. 203 on my HDFC account. Vehicle No. MH46W7361.

On 17 January 2021 I was traveling from Pune to Mumbai by my vehicle No. MH12GZ6504, on Talegoan toll plaza Rs . 203 deducted through Fasttag. And again Rs 203 deducted at Khalapur toll plaza instead of Rs.67/-. It happened because they opened extra lane which is for Mumbai to Pune travelers without changing the computer program. I request to refund the excess amount i.e Rs 136/- to my fast tag account.

At first TALEGAON Toll Plaza the money collector person informed us that the fastag cannot be scanned due to network issues and because of that we will have to pay the fare using cash.
So we paid the fare of Rupees 270 in cash at talegaon toll plaza which also included the fare of next toll plaza at Khalapur.
When we arrived at KHALAPUR toll plaza WE SHOWED THE RECEIPT OF FARE PAID AT PREVIOUS TOLL PLAZA OF TALEGAON AND YET THE COLLECTOR DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT Of Rupees 203 from FASTAG without giving any intimation and didnt even informed about the deduction of EXTRA Fare and when we asked that why fastag isnt working he replied that its because of sunday being holiday there are technical glitches and fare is to be paid in cash and hence many people are paying cash at earlier toll plaza and showing receipts here.
I did not receive the message of money deduction immediately and hence could not confront about the same with toll plaza authorities. AFTER READING SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ONLINE IT APPEARS TO BE A PLANNED SCAM TO FRAUD CONSUMERS

I have travelled from Pune to Mumbai today (Date 10 Jan 2021) on pune-mumbai expressway. On Talegaon toll plaza at time 11.08 AM, I have paid the toll Rs 270/- by cash due to insufficient balance in my HDFC fastag account (Balance was 200 Rs). However, the amount of Rs 203/- was also debited from my HDFC fastag account at Khalapur toll plaza exit inspite of showing the cash toll receipt to the counter. Attached herewith the both toll receipts for reference.

Kindly look into the matter and repay me the RS 203/- to my Fastag account.

I was charged in cash on the Mumbai Pune Express Toll plaza as they said my PAytm balance was insufficient.

I showed them that my balance was adequte still they couldnt see it in your system,

Hence i had to pay cash but 1 hour later i got a message that 203 Rs has also been deducted from my wallet. So i was charged twice. And this has already happened twice with me. Henceforth i will not use the paytm fast tag and only pay cash or not pay at all

I am using paytm fastag for my car registration number "GJ05JH7119". my car was passing through IRB toll plazza of charoti on 30 oct.2020 at 8.32 am. but because some technical reason form your side my fastag wallet was debited with 165 rs. instead of 65 rs.
i got msg from paytm on 29 dec.2020 for this issue. and immediately i have send all supporting documents to paytm. but paytm didn't solve my query.
so i am raise this issue with you.
please do the needful. and reverse my wrongly debited amount.

I am travelling from Pune to Mumbai with my driver today ie 08th January 2021. At talegaon toll naka Rs 203/- was debited through fast tag. Travelling further at KHalapur toll naka the attendant told me that there is no balance in my fast tag and asked for cash of Rs 203. I told him balance is there, which he did not agree to. I paid up the cash. Later on I got SMS of fast tag debit of Rs 203 and RS 67. In addition I have paid cash.

On date 03 jan 2021 I was travelling from karjat to Pune via express way. In this journey i had paid cash of 203 rs at Telegoan toll plaza
Lane E04 collector 26162 for my car Honda amaze with transaction no. [protected] at time 12:47:45 PM and at the same date 03 Jan 2021 and time at 12:47:31 203 rs deducted from fast tag of number MAKDF55ML4203423. Please refund the amount deducted from fast tag. in the same day two time. 1st was 41 rs and second was 203 rs.

Yesterday on 03 Jan 2021, I was traveling from kholapur to Mumbai. I crossed talegaon toll Naka at 9:10pm and was charged Rs. 203/- through paytm fasttag and again at khalapur toll Naka I was charged Rs. 67/- through paytm fasttag.

Why I have been charged two times on pune expressway highway while I was supposed to be charged only once ..

Pls give me the reasons why was it done or refund me back Rs. 67/- to my paytm account... This may have been done by the toll attendent purposely or by mistake. I am sure this must have happened to other travelers also..

I am submitting fast tag details as a evidence of my allegation...

My vehicle is Volkswagen Vento and registration number is MH-03-BH-7022...

kindly check your database of 03 Jan and resolve my issue urgently or I will have to approach further higher authorities for justice..

I traveled today from Mumbai to Pune.
As I m resident of Talegaon Dabhade ;took toll receipt till lonavala crossing from khalapur of 203 Rs.
At Talegaon exit again they charged me 203 Rs saying that Talegaon is not exempted.
In front of me 3 cars he exempted eventhough the car was of MH 46 passing and resident of Ozarde.
The behavior is discriminating and it shows toll is taken as per mood and interest of the cashier at Toll Naka.
And why 203 Rs toll taken was not justified.

I paid cash at khalapur toll plaza. Because insufficient balance. When we reached talegaon that time I got balance from son. And also told your toll employee but they didn't give in. And charged from fasttag also
