    On 25.12.2020 i had paid cash of Rs. 270/- towards travelling towards pune...but in talegaon when i showed my payment receipt at the counter and they had released me, but after driving few km i got a msg from HDFC mentioning that your fastag account has debited Rs. 203, towards toll talegaon toll plaza on 08.39.04 min... How could you take double charges, when i had paid at Khalapur toll plaza?

    Pls check your records and refund my amount.

    My vehicle number is MH-01-By-4977.

      I like to inform you that I had given toll at khalapur toll plaza of Rs.270/- and when I came to Talegaon toll plaza I had showed the receipt of Rs.270/- plus I got debited from fastag so I want my refund from Talegaon toll plaza.

        FastTag sticker Show insufficient balance at IRB toll plaza Radhvanaj toll Plaza NarolNadiad section though balance was available.
        Person taking toll was not able to understand same and was talking very ruHave paid double the charge of Rs 170 due to same.normal charge is Rs 85 for this toll

        Please do needful and Help to get additional charge taken by IRB toll plaza.

            While going to Dahanu from Mumbai on 26/12/2020, I passed through two toll plazas owned by IRB. At Khaniwade I was charged ([protected]) from my fastag (Rs 70/-) @ 1302IST and on return, I was charged ([protected]) from my fastag (Rs 40/-) @ 2053IST.

            But in between, at Charoti toll plaza, while passing @1338IST, I was told that I have insufficient balance, and they took cash Rs 130/- (Tkt no[protected] and on my [protected]@1957IST, they again said insufficient balance and took cash Rs 130/- (Tkt no[protected].

            I am sure I had ample balance during both my trips and moreover, the amount was deducted smoothly from fastag at Khaniwade plaza. So even though having a fastag with sufficient balance for the toll, I was charged Rs150/- more than what would have been normal to & fro charge of Rs110/-.

            Sensing foul play, I parked my car a little ahead and observed it for some time. They were using these tactics with random vehicles when the fastag only gate has low traffic. Initially, drivers do argue a little but as soon as vehicles piling up behind started honking, the driver reluctantly pays up.

            Please refund Rs 150/- and penalize the erring toll collecting agents.

              Dera Team,

              I have fast tag in my car..i am travelling to mumbai! At 10.40 pm talegoan toll plaza deducted 203 rs from fast tag account . And khalapur toll plaza charged me 203 rs again as i know the toll amount is 67 rs only.. kindly give explanation why they chaged extra money????

                  I have passed from khalapur toll about 11:30 am in car no.PB 31 N 3607 today by paying cash with trans. No. [protected] and collector KHR11.
                  And after that I recieved message that payment from fastag also have been deducted. Here are messages I recieved
                  Paid Rs. 203.0 FASTag toll fare for vehicle reg. no PB31N3607 at Khalapur Toll Plaza on Dec 26, 2020 11:40:08. Toll txn Id: 0100001257539975476466.

                  Paid Rs. 67.0 FASTag toll fare for vehicle reg. no PB31N3607 at Talegaon Toll Plaza on Dec 26, 2020 12:31:36. Toll txn Id: 0100001257570841639726.

                    On 23rd Dec 2020 at 04:07PM my Fas Tag account debited toll amount but message regarding this transaction i received late and also at toll plaza they charge me the same toll on 04:16PM ao ultimately i was pay double toll. and after the day i ask regarding this query to toll plaza employee but they told me to contact to bank. but bank don't take responsibility about this.
                    Kindly check needful and refund me the extra payment.
                    Herewith i enclosed message from bank regarding amount debited from fastag and receipt of cash payment which are paid on toll plaza

                          Hello,
                          I would like to inform you to please check with shedung off toll at mumbai pune express way.

                          I daily commute on this road and face a lot of problems here.
                          1. Behaviour of toll collecting agents.
                          2. Have to spend 15 to 20 mins minimum to cross toll even due to sufficient fastag.
                          3. There are no seperate lane for fastag.
                          4. Fastag machines half the time dont work.
                          5. What if someone is dependent on fastag, and is not carring money. How is he suppose to pass the toll.
                          6. Local people dont pah toll and stop the lane fighting to avoid paying tolls.

                          Kindly look into the matter.

                          I had balance in my fastag account, and i have no money with me. I was not allowed to cross the toll as the fastag machines were not working. I had to brrow from some other owner who was travelling in same route.
                          How embarrassing it was.

                            On 23/12/20 kamashet toll plaza toll collection executive told us their is no balance in account & took 270/- cash from outside. I told him have 900//- rupees in FASTag account but he denied so I don't had option to paid. When we pass from khalapur toll plaza that time I shown that receipt but still they deduct 207/- rupees from FASTag account.
                            It's like cheat or fraud done by your staff & this happend with me twice so please take appropriate action against this issue otherwise I will submit petition against your company in court.

                              I have travelled from Pune to Mumbai today (Date 23 Dec 2020) on pune-mumbai expressway. On Talegaon toll plaza at time 10:17 AM, I have paid the toll Rs 270/- by cash due to insufficient balance in my KVB fastag account (Balance was 185 Rs). However, the amount of Rs 203/- was also debited from my KVB fastag account at Khalapur toll plaza exit inspite of showing the cash toll receipt to the counter. Attached herewith the both toll receipts for reference.
                              Kindly look into the matter and repay me the RS 203/- to my Fastag account.

                                My father in law was travelling to his native place at Solapur via Mumbai Pune Expressway on 13.12.2020. At 7:43:56am, while passing the Talegaon Toll Plaza, the toll got deducted[protected] trip number) from Fastag of his Bolero car. The boom barrier lifted. When he was crossing the boom barrier it suddenly fell on front glass of his car and it got cracked. He brought it to notice of the operator over there but he didnot pay heed to his complaint. His car's broken glass repair cost should be compensated from your end.
                                I have attached the photo of the toll fee deducted sms and broken glass of his car with this mail

                                    I was travelling from Pune towards Mumbai on 10 December 2020 in my car (MH14DA9370). When I reached Talegaon toll plaza I entered the fasttag lane. The toll collector there, told me that I do not have sufficient balance in my fast tag account, even though I was having sufficient amount and asked me to pay cash.
                                    I paid cash of Rs.270 and left. After leaving the toll plaza I received a message that Rs.203 have been debited from my fast tag account.
                                    Later when I reached khalapur toll again Rs.67 was debited from my accounnt, even after showing the receipt.

                                    Please refund my Rs. 270 deducted from my fasttag account. Attaching toll receipt and fasttag message screenshots.

                                    Pune to Mumbai total toll is Rs 270 only, as per below mail from you Rs 406 is deducted.
                                    In second toll the deduction should be only Rs 67, will need to reimburse the balance amount (Rs 203-Rs 67)

                                      I am a resident of Pune. I had visited Aibaug from 2nd December and was returning back from on the 4th of December. Around 2:15pm I reached Khalapur Toll Plaza and from FasTag the correct amount of Rs 203 was debited and I got the relative sms message.

                                      At around 3:30 I arrived at the Talegaon Toll Plaza and passing the FasTag lane I was allowed to pass through. I moved towards Pune and after 8-10 minutes I received an sms stating that Rs 67 has been debited.

                                      This is very shocking and an absolute fraud. When I have paid the correct amount already why is my FasTag account debited with an additional Rs 67. Just because the clerks sitting there have access to people's FasTag wallets they are freely debiting amounts as per their will. This has to stop and the Government has to ensure strict obedience of the trust cast on the Toll Collecting Agencies by imposing very strict rules and penalties for such fraudulent deductions.

                                      My excess amount of Rs 67 fraudulently debited needs to be refunded immediately.

                                        On the 5th Dec i was travelling to Lonavala, vehicle # MH02FE6816, as i was not sure about the balance in my Fastag account i went through the cash gate, i paid Rs203/- toll .

                                        After passing the gate i received a SMS stating Rs203/- has been deducted from my Fastag account, even though there was no fastag option how the money got deducted. ?

                                        This is happening again and again at Khalapur toll naka.
