Today (11-Nov-2020) i went to chinchvad using Mumbai pune express way. When I reach khalapur toll I choose the cash lane to pay the toll. I paid 270 rs to lane number E07 transaction number [protected] and start my journey. Later on I came to know that, in this cash lane also u have read my fast tag and charge me 203 rs as a toll transaction number 010001218691414032376.
Kindly check the same and return excess amount unhave taken from me for a single journey.

My vehicle has passed from khopli toll plazza on 11.nov 2020 at 19:27:09 vide cas receipt no[protected]. For Rs 1835. Where as balance in my fastag account was 4238.51. My request to refund excess amount up to Talegaon must be returened to me. If your system in not capturing fast tag we are not reposible at all.
Once again kindly give us extra amount which you have charged to me. My tag id is 34161FA[protected]DD97E0.

While driving from Pune to Mumbai, Talegaon Toll guys said, Fastag has low balance even though I knew I had balance bcoz, I recharged 2 days back. Just to avoid argument and delay at the juncture, I paid cash.
Later while crossing Khalapur Toll, money was deducted again from Fastag, even though I showed him the toll receipt.
Please refund the amount deducted from Fastag.

As My vehicle no is MH04FP4321 and had traveled from Mumbai to Pune on 10.11.2020 and has passed the khalapur toll booth at that time Rs 203 was deducted from my fasttag account and also charged Rs 203 at Talegaon toll plaza. Therefore you have charged excess of the amount which is not permissible. In view of this you may look into the complaint and refund the excess amount immediately.

Now I am on IRB Padalsingi toll plaza and toll counter told me return on cash not allowed only on fastag you can take return toll receipt...

My complaint is why too counter person is not giving same day return toll receipt on cash...

On the way from Pune to Mumbai, 203/- deducted from Fastag at Talegaon toll and I was again charged Rs. 203/- at Khalapur Toll.

On 04 Nov 2020, i travelled by own car MH 05 AH 5289. AT Khalapur toll, i used Fastag payment method and Rs 203 was deducted. When I reached Talegaon Toll Plaza, I was told there is no balance, hence pay by cash. They charged me Rs 203 instead of (270-203=67) ie extra 203-67=Rs 136. This is unnecessary and double amount shall be paid to me. It seems, machine at Talegaon is not working and I was given wron g information.
I checked my fastag balance after reaching pune and found that Rs 97 was available which is more than the required.
Hence, please arrange to pay me by adding in my fastag account.

Yesterday, we were traveling from Satara to Kharghar. My vehicle number is MH46 Z 0822. I paid the toll charges in cash as Rs. 270 for traveling till Talegaon toll plaza as I entered the without fast tag line for paying the toll charges. After coming at Khalapur toll plaza, I showed the counter person the receipt of my payment, but still due to my Fast tag additional Rs. 203 were deducted from my bank account. I have the original receipt of my payment as well as the screenshot of the additional deduction. So kindly refund my money Rs. 203.

Tall deduct at irb choryashi, surat tall plaza
My car number is GJ05RD3065
ON 01.11.2020 i pass tall plaza
On this tall plaza surat parcing vechial not debit tall, but my account debitef by 75 rs.
So revert this charge as possible as.

Today (1st Nov 2020) I was told st Khalapur toll plaza that there is insufficient balance in fastag account. I informed them that I had already paid Rs. 135 earlier toll so I will pay balance Rs. 68. However, they informed me that Khalapur toll plaza that, I will have to pay entire toll of Rs. 203. So I paid extra Rs. 135. Pl. refund the amount to my fastag account.

There is always traffic jam because of before covid there are two booths but now only one booth is open so the trucks are entering to expressway from khalapur creat traffic and the toll collector are unable to manage the traffic.
Request you to please look into it as after 6 pm it's take 1 hr to get entry in expressway from khalapur side.

I was on the way from Pune to Belapur. My fast tag was full and when I accessed Talegaon toll plaza, the toll scanner showed INSUFFICIENT BALANCE, and the officials at toll plaza told me to pay cash and due to heavy traffic I paid cash Rs. 270/-.
After 5 minutes, I received the SMS that Rs. 203/ has been deducted from my fast tag account.

After reaching Khalapur toll plaza, I showed the cash receipt and there too Rs....

We travelled yesterday on 26/10/20 Pune to mumbai.we paid toll at talegaon toll plaza first with fastag.on khalapur toll manger asked to pay again saying that fastag has no balance.so we paid in cash.i attached here my fastag notification and and cash receipt.
IRB had charged me double time for single journey .I request you to refund extra amount which I paid on khalapur toll.to my fastag.

Actually my hometown at Khambholaj, pratappura and when i move from Vasad toll plaza they asking for toll fee around 125/ INR and as per my information around 20 KM or < we get consession on toll fee with 60/ .

Request to you pls suggest about Fee for me with the address of Koyali and what's document they need

I Bharat Bhoir, Ex- Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Dahisar and Deputy District Head of Kalyan Gramin would like to draw your attention towards the adversely poor condition of the highways near Dharna Toll Plaza, Dharna, Tel. Panvel, Dist.Raigad. The road mentioned above is in very poor condition, the potholes are so dangerous that it has taken lives of many. This stands as the biggest reason for me to write this letter.
Not only near toll plaza but also near Dahisar Bus Stop, Thane the condition is so bad and unexpected that travelling by that road is a threat to our lives. Potholes do cause an issue but moreover the system is ignoring this problem and taking it very lightly. Me being an responsible citizen, I reported this issue to the local IRB Officer but he isn't paying heed to this problem. Though casualties are being rising day by day no action is being taken . This irresponsible behavior of the system is not appriciated. This complaint letter shall be the last peaceful report of the issue.If no action is being the system shall face the rage of the people who are losing their family members due to their irresponsible behaviour.

I was travelling from Lonavala to Pune using Expressway and passed Toll at Talegaon Expressway at around 6.35 pm.We paid 203/- Rs cash on Talegaon Tollplaza and 203/- Rs were also deducted from Fastag Account at the same instance.I am expecting a return of 203 rs as double deduction has occured during the same time

When I crossed Khalapur Toll Plaza again I received msg for deduction of Toll charge of INR 230 via Fast Tag . Kindly refund my amount of INR 230 on my fast tag account. My vehicle no is MH12SL6674.

I paid my toll by fast tag today 19th Oct 2020 at 5.13 pm when coming from pune to mumbai and at khalapur I was told I hv to pay full amount of Rs.203 as it showed low balance. I paid in cash at 6.03 pm. However my fast tag was already debited Rs 203 at the earlier toll for which I have sms of fast tag plus the receipt of khalapur toll for cash paid. Hence it is double payment. I request that this amount be reversed as its not fair to double charge me unnecessarily. My car number is MH01DK0374
