I was stopped by toll guy and license of driver was taken car had balance of Rs. 90 and toll. Charges were Rs. 80 /- still he asked us to recharge to Rs.240/- if license is needed. And he sajd this is a new rule but he did not have any document to support it. Officer name was Dhanajay Sakpal

    I was coming from pune, car's fastag was recharged of Rs. 330, at first toll of talegaon Rs. 240 /- got deducted and at 2nd toll Rs. 80 /- was the toll charges and i had Rs. 90 in fastag, but toll guy stopped my car and took the license of the driver and said i must reacharge to 240 Rs. Then only he would give back the license, i complained about the same to Dhanajay Sakpal the toll manager but even he said the same thing but he did not have the documents to support it.

      Address: Pipodara

      Potholes since last year no filling on service road.

      Address- shree ganesh indian oil petrol pump, pipodara to tegan texo fab service road.

      And many more big potholes and rough road from pipodara to kamrej main road

      I was coming from Pune to Mumbai, i had balance Of Rs. 330/- in fastag, at talegaon toll Rs. 240 got deducted and Rs. 90 Was remaining in fastag balance, at the khopoli toll Rs. 80 is toll charges but my car was stopped by toll guy and drivers license was taken by toll guy and he asked us to recharge the fasttag to Rs. 240, when asked about the same he said that this is new rule of IRB but nobody had any written document to support it. Mr Dhananjay Sakpal was the officer.

        While returning on same day the pune to mumbai tolls are deducted and no refund provided as concession.
        Secondly while move from pune to mumbai the talegaon toll cost 240 and returning from mumbai to pune same toll plaza costs 80.
        The next toll that comes after talegaon that is khalapur toll, from pune to mumbai it costs 80 but from mumbai to pune it costs 240.
        Kindly let me know if both tolls are same or different. If same then only for one toll we should pay or if they are different then need toll needs to be deduct properly with the returning concession

          I travelled on MUMBAI PUNE express way on 7/04/2023 in my car MH 04 KR 6229. Inspite of having sufficient balance and valid Active fast tag I was asked to pay fine of RS 480 while going to Pune . While coming back again same problem happened and I have to pay in cash .
          When I raised query with toll plaza supervisor he informed that fast tag is on vehicle number and not on chassis number . I spoke to fast tag executive he said fast tag is valid and active .
          Few months back I traveled in same vehicle with same fast tag .
          Want IRB infrastructures to look into matter and provide Valid information. I have receipts to support .

              I have charged double by toll plaza Mumbai Pune toll plaza.

              I travel Mumbai to Pune on 1st April and return on 2nd April

              I have purchased new fasttag of Paytm and in history it was charge 240 + 80 and return 240+ 80

              Than too ur executive ask for 240 cash and i have paid also

                Hi,

                I want to register a complaint for the overcharging of Toll Tax at Talegaon and Khalapur Toll Plaza on 21st Mar 2023.

                I was going to Imagica from Pune on 21st Mar 2023 in my car (MH14 EH 7798) by using Pune-Mumbai Expressway. At the Talegaon Toll Plaza I was charged Rs 406/- one way. I paid the amount through a Debit card. On the same day I returned in the evening and again charged Rs 406/-. Total toll from Pune to Mumbai is Rs 270/- then how come Imagica it is 406/-.

                Total of Rs 812/- was charged from me for the entire trip. ​It is too much for return way fare. This is a clear case of overcharging and cheating.

                I would request you to register my complaint and help me to get my overcharged refund. Kindly help.

                  I was going to Imagica from Pune on 21st Mar 2023 in my car. At the expressway Toll Plaza I was charged Rs 406/- one way by paying through Debit card. On the return same day in evening, I was again charged the same amount. Rs 406 is too much for one way fare. This is a clear case of overcharging. Total toll from Pune to mumbai is around Rs270/- then how come to Imagica it is 406/- This is cheating. I want my overcharged refund and action against those toll employees who did not provided right information and just deducted the money. Kindly help.

                    This plaza is free for surat residents. I passed through last line which is for car go but after 2 min i received message from my bank that 80 rs. Toll has been taken by your toll.

                    This is not suppose to happen.

Rs. 80 was automatically deducted from IRB Choryasi even i was not travelling near that toll plaza or the city located that toll plaza(Surat). Kindly revert back that amount As soon as possible.                         I travelled from mumbai to lonawala on[protected] and crossed khalapur toll plaza in my car mh02fy0956 on[protected], at 12.39 they said my idfc bank fasttag is inactive and collected double toll rs 406. now i saw bank statement and confirmed that rs203 is already deducted from my fasttag with transaction no 01000b[protected]. so i have paid rs406 in cash excess toll which i need immediate refund . i request the concerned to pay it back to my fasttag of idfc bank with no MZBFF811LPN255908 in the name of N v NEELAKANTAN MOB [protected]

                          I traveled on expressway, on the morning of 5th March 2023 around 9 AM and traveled return around 6 PM same day but 2 things happened which I have to complain about
                          1) My vehicle was in a large queue beyond 100 meters. Still I was charged fee

                          2) I was charged extra amount even though I travelled within time span of not more than 10 hours

                            I have been traveling from Pune to Mumbai dated 20 Feb 2023 morning at 7.00 am. My fast tag of IDFC Bank was having sufficient balance for toll amount of 67 rupees after deduction of Talegao Toll of 203 Rs. However, at Khalapur Toll plaza, they said that the balance is low and charged me a double toll of a total of 203 rs. In totality, I'm charged rs 406 for a single journey of 270rs.

                            I requesting you to please refund the extra amount of 136 rs to my fast tag account.

                              Today on 21/February/2023 while traveling from, Pune to Mumbai, on yashwant Rao chavan Expess way at 02.35AM. I did card payment. However i was charged twice, 1st i made a payment by SBI card and the payment failed. 2nd time i tried using Bank of Baroda and the payment was successful, however later the payment was successful even by sbi card and the amount was debited twice by both the cards. So i paid Rs. 1080 for a single journey.

                                This is to raise a written complaint about "Illegal/wrong deduction of Toll for the amount of 80.00 INR" against the above said subject line vehicle.

                                My vehicle (Hyundai-Grand i10 - MH05-DS-6848) was parked in my parking lot last night, i.e. on 14-Feb-23. Location of the vehicle is (Maharashtra - Thane - 421201)
                                However, surprisingly I received a message from 'JK-HDFCBK' stating the following:

                                Toll Paid Rs. 80
                                At: IRB Choryasi || On:[protected]:02:23 || Vehicle No: MH05DS6848
                                Via HDFC Bank NETC FASTag || Bal: Rs 9.099

                                I want to let you know and want to confirm that neither me nor my vehicle went anywhere on the said date on the given time & we were at home only.

                                We reside in Maharashtra state, Thane district. The said Toll Booth (IRB Choryasi) is located in Gujarat. I am furiously wondering, how the Toll amount got deducted from my account then??

                                This illegal & wrong deduction needs to be rectified.
                                Requesting you to please look into it & kindly revert my money back to my FastagHDFC account at earliest, which was wrongly deducted.

                                I have raised a complaint with your customer care & wherein they acknowledged the issue, also mentioned that this happened due to some server problem / system glitch. They provided me with the complaint number - I83689251. PFA relevant documents/images for your reference.

                                    This happened on 3rd December 2022.

                                    The toll person said low balance and charged 270*2=540 by cash as a double charge at the Khalapur toll on the Mumbai Pune expressway. Then immediately after toll, I recharged being shocked to hear a low balance (my balance was above this 203) and after an hour 203 was deducted for the same toll from my fast tag too.

                                    So practically for the toll of 203, I was charged 203 + 2*270 = 743 which is ridiculous.

                                    Request to please look into this and help me get the refund of the unnecessary 540 charged for the same.

                                      I have been travelling from Talegaon. My fast tag of HDFC Bank [protected] was deducted with 203 rs at Talegaon toll. After this the fast tag balance went low. At the Khalapur toll, since th balance was low on the way and as internet was not working, i made cash payment. As i have already made a payment of rs 203, i should have been charged rs203. However, I'm charged rs 406. When asked for the lady informed that it is already punched, and that's how it is and she cannot consider the earlier toll paid at Talegaon even after showing the message on mobile. Then another employee Mr Mahesh Patil said this is how it is and they don't consider the earlier payment made as the receipt is punched in. This is inappropriate practice. It is possible that the toll balance gets low on certain occassions when you are travelling. That should not be a reason for double deduction of toll. Request to refund the extra toll deducted at the earliest. Attaching the message as well as the receipt for ref.
