Address: 411008

Alto car no mh 12 pn 5720. I went this morning from pune to lonavala at 10.54 am and rs. 173/- was correctly debited.
Then i returned back from lonavala to pune at 5.42 pm. There at the naka i was told by the attendant that the amount will not be deducted.
However, rs. 173/_ was once again deducted.
In the morning opening balance was rs. 1100/-. After return now the balance is rs. 754/-

Please arrange to refund the amount.

    Dear sir while travelling from pune to mumbai on 5th june evening talegaon toll plaza debited 173 rs which is right but at khalapur toll instead of 57 rs the debited 173 rs again. If such type of money collected forcefully online then it is difficult to trust on fastag. 116 rs extra debited from fastag account.

        I was traveling to khopoli tata steel bsl ltd plant, from khalapur toll plaza through my vehicle no. Mh 04 jq 4005.

        I was charged rs. 266/- instead of rs. 173/- for khopoli, which was repeated while returning as well.

        Please look into the matter and refund my money.

          Dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 70 for transaction by vehicle gj15ch3260 at toll irb bhagwada on[protected]t02:31:19. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 110 - hdfc bank ltd.

          Toll deducted even i pass through local cum cash lane. Thus happens with me twice. Kindly refund my amount.
          As toll naka should have local lane where no radioactive fast tag device should not be install on local lane.
          As people will have balance i fasttag account and it will deduct as in pass through fasttag install devices at each lane.

          Dear Sir,
          Greetings!
          We are in receipt of your email dtd: 02.01.20, regarding single Journey charged from Fastag for local in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
          1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
          2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.403 (E), (copy enclosed for ready reference), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
          3. It may be noted that vehicles with GJ15 registration are not exempted at BhagwadaToll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
          4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
          5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.
          6. In case you are eligible for local concession as per user fee notification, you are requested to visit Bhagwada Toll Plaza with required documents.

            1. Travelled from mumbai to pune on 31st dec 2019.
            2. Paid toll by cash rs. 230 at khalapur toll plaza time: 16:16
            3. I cross talegaon by showing slip. Time: 18:00
            4. I received message about toll deduction of rs.173 time:19:08

            Toll deducted even if i purchased the slip and i had got confirmation from the person at toll plaza about not reading tag.

            Please help me.

              fastag - toll collected twice on pune mumbai expressway

              I travelled on pune mumbai expressway on 1st January 2020 (Vehicle No. MH 46 BK 8178). The toll plaza deducted rs. 173 each (Total rs. 346/-) at talegaon & khalapur. Attached herewith screenshot of messages received from HDFC fastag.

              On 29th Dec 2019 @13:04:05, i crossed Pune toll going to Mumbai from Pune. I was charged twice, i had taken toll receipt of rs 173/- by cash but when i crossed toll after paying i receipt a message from KVB Bank stating that my fast tag account had been deducted too at toll.
              I have been charged twice.

              On yedeshi Aurangabad tollway private limited. On padalsingi toll
              The service was not good.
              There is lot of traffic due to toll plaza
              There is only one line for cash and other are for fast tag but the number of vehicles are mostly paid cash without fastag.
              So increase cash paid lines.

                On 1st January 2020, I travelled on express way from Pune to Mumbai ( Vehicle No. MH 46 BK 8178). I used fasttag for toll pay, to my surprise Rs. 173 got debited at Talegaon toll plaza at 16:57:29 and again Rs. 173 got debited at Khalapur toll plaza at 17:47:20. My account got debited at both toll gates (entry and exit).

                    Yesterday evening at 20:00 hrs, at khalapur toll the representative told me that there is no sensor for fastag and recovered rs. 173 in cash from me, the receipt and fastag statement is attached for reference.in spite of that my fastag account is charged with rs. 173 at khalapur and talegaon toll. The guy at extreme left toll lane at khalapur toll naka while coming from mumbai to pune is responsible for this dispute. Any way i need my money of rs. 173 back.

                      Approximately at 12.30am on the Pune to Mumbai expressway as some tolls were shut we were asked to pay in Cash Rs230 was paid n we crossed the toll and soon we got a message that Rs173 has been deducted by fast tag on that toll.hence we were charged Rs230+173 on 1 toll.Iv attached pictures of receipt and Pay TM message.please can this be Rectified and Rs173 be credited in our PayTM account awaiting your reply .Thanking you Mrs Palia

                          Yesterday, while travelling from Mumbai to Pune, to has been collected twice. Once at khalapur in cash of the amount RS 230 and later at talegaon for RS 173.

                          I even showed the receipt to the person at talegaon toll naka but still the deduction of additional RS 173.

                          This is a clear double payment and attaching receipts for the same of double payment done yesterday.

                          Please refund the amount of RS 173 made additional on my fastag account.

                          I have a fastag so ideally the amount to be deducted should have been 173 but instead additional 230 RS taken in cash as well from khalapur toll junction. Please refund RS 230 in my fastag account

                            Today I had crossed brijghat toll plaza at timing 2:20:34 PM dated 26/12/19. When I reached at toll booth person who was deployed at booth said that your fastag is not working showing error in the system.you have to pay the toll tex by cash.I said to him I have money in my paytm fastag wallet try to take the toll tex by my fastag but he said same again.I gave him 55 rupees cash him to as a toll tex.vehicle no UP16BX6910 Ticket no 348571.But when I crossed the toll booth the I received a massage timing 14:29:09 dated 26/12/19 amount 55 rupees deducted from my paytm wallet for the same journey.
                            Paid Rs. 55.0 for vehicle reg. no MA3EWDE1S00E34134 at Brijghat Toll Plaza on[protected]T14:29:09. For future reference toll txn Id: 0010001912261429098470.
                            Above details for your knowledge.

                            Please credit the wrongly deducted amount into my paytm wallet [protected]

                            We are in receipt of your complaint on consumer complaints email dated: 27.12.19, regarding double payment o[censored]ser fees for vehicle no UP16BX6910 at Brijghat Toll Plaza in cash and also deducted from your fastag account.

                            We would like to clarify as under,
                            1. When you entered in lane due to some technical issue in your fastag, your tag was not read due to which toll staff requested for payment in cash.
                            2) Please be informed that deduction o[censored]ser fee through fastag account is an automated process and toll plaza staffs do not have any role in it.

                            3) You are requested to contact your fastag issuer bank with Toll receipt to raise chargeback request for refund of payment deducted from fastag.

                              I was charged toll fee incorrectly. My vehicle number in gj-05-jm-6838. I was charged rupees 75 because of fastag even though i took the left most lane which is free fof surat registered vehicles. Gj05 registered vehicles are excempted from paying toll at kamrej toll plaza.

                              Message i received is :

                              Paid rs. 75.0 for vehicle reg. No gj05jm6838 at irb choryasi on[protected]t13:36:44. For future reference toll txn id: [protected].

                              Dear Sir,

                              We are in receipt of your email dtd: 26.12.19, regarding single Journey charged from Fastag for local in this context, we would like to clarify as under:
                              1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
                              2. As per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), (copy enclosed for ready reference), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
                              3. It may be noted that vehicles with GJ05 registration are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
                              4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
                              5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.
                              6. In case you are eligible for local user fee as per notification, you are requested to visit Choryasi Toll Plaza with required documents.

                                I was travelling in My car no MH 46AU9676 on 25/12/19 to pune from Mumbai at Khalapur toll on expressway I paid Rs 230 for toll of both toll in cash as they say Fasttag is not on that lane. But at Talegaon toll plaza the amount is cut automatically by FastTag as Rs 173 as they didn't ask for reciept. So I paid extra Rs. 173. So I request you to repay my amount.

                                  I was collected rs. 311 toll charges while travelling from pen to pune. Khalapur toll plaza 138 & talegaon toll plaza 173. Actual total charges are 176. First i was paid toll till lonavala exist 138... After finishing my work at lonavala i rejoined express way... My question is, if i am using same route by paying toll at 2 places... Then why i need to pay rs. 311. I supposed to pay 176... Can u help me for cash back?

                                    On dated 22.12.2019 @9.00pm i started my journey from khalapur toll towards pune. At khalapur toll plaza i was asked to pay in cash as fastag transaction is not working and they charged rs.173/- and handed over the receipt no. 3572. When i was asked to produce the receipt at pune toll i produced the same and moved out. When i exit/ moved out from there my fastag message instructed regarding deduction of rs. 173/-. At 11.00pm once again i came back to pune toll and eloborated the entire thing, your personals were very rude. Even not ready to give complaint book. Atlast i could register complaint in complaint book pg. No 322. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same at earliest.

                                      As reference above subject i have LCV vehicle & i am using axis fast tag from 2016 but excess toll amount debited from my fast tag from last 1 years after many complaints register to axis fast tag they said the aquire bank of MUMBAI PUNE EXPRESS TOLL PLAZA not resolve this issue after providing vehicle documents, images, so we are not able to solve the problem so try to sort out issues as early as possible vehicle no.
