​dear mr. Nitin,

I am working with a company located within 15 km radius of vasad toll plaza. The company​ has provided me a l. M. V. (Car) and it is of company's name.

​i u/s that there are 50% discount on toll rates for single entry if necessary documents are provided for verification.

​i would like to know if above discount ​is offered to both personal and company's registration vehicles.

​please clear my doubt.

This has with reference to your email posted at the portal of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum relating to discounts in the payment of toll charges at Vasad Toll Plaza on Ahmedabad Vadodara, Highway. In this regard, we wish to state as under:

Please be informed that as per Govt. Notification No.S.O.2921 (E), though there are no exemptions to any individuals, there is a provision of issuing ‘Local Discounted Monthly Passes’ for the local residents falling within the radius of 20 Kms, provided they furnish proper & valid documents, needed for such transaction, including proof of residence etc. Post such submissions, Toll Plaza Admin Office / Toll Plaza Manager then scrutinizes the documents and local passes are issued once documents furnished are found to be acceptable.

You are hereby requested to kindly visit to toll admin office at Vasad Toll Plaza, we have already instructed our Toll Plaza Manager to extend full cooperation to you.

Kamrej char Rasta highway bridge light is not on... Sine 1 month... So difficult to drive at night... Plz.. Solve this problem...
And not one accept our complaint plzz focus on that

    Respected sir please provide monthly pass as we are regular up down VADODARA to anand .my wife also doing up down.my location is 22.5 km from vasad toll plaza.i am lecture in government collage B&b instituut of technology vidhyanagar, anand .my wife working as revenue officer in mamaltdar office sankheda chhotaudepur she is government servant of Gujarat state.we have purchased new car wagonr .but due to toll rate it is very inconvenience.we both facing problem .please provide monthly pass .manager of vasad toll plaza reject my application due to 2km more .my request genuine as we both working person .we have two daughters 9 months and 2.5 years .please help full in this matter .we provide all documents as you want .sir please provide solution in this favour .[protected].[protected]@yahoo.co.in

      Firstly i would like to know whether citizens from pune also need to pay toll here as kavadipath toll plaza on nh 65 comes in pune. It's really ridiculous if we have to pay toll here after being citizens of pune. And if not i would like to inform that we are paying toll here as many times we pass from here. The staff is also very rude and not at all co-operative. They don't explain properly why we being citizens of pune have to pay toll there. They say only local public is allowed to go without paying toll. Then is pune public non local. I wonder. Majority of the toll nakas are actually gunda nakas. We have to really fear them.. There is nobody to take action against them it seems. Some telephone numbers should be mentioned on all toll plazas if the staff working there misbehaves. It is really life risking to counter any questions to them. They start that bhaigiri with any questions put to them. Can anybody clear this matter to me.

      This complaint is about toll collected at Kavadipath toll plaza, solapur road, nh-65
      I have also experienced the same issue at the Kavadipath Toll Naka. They should not be collecting the toll since the toll naka falls in PMC limits. They are charging it randomly and do not explain reason why Pune citizens should be paying the toll.

          Goverment have installed new card to st bus to pay but this card not working so fast at it shoul be. Sometimes conductor has to pay in cash also. So its time consuming process. Always have to wait approx. 15 min to pass this tallgate. Please give seperate line to st bus to pass surajbari tall gate. Always getting late at job only due to slow process of this tallgate.

            This is in response to your complaint received through an email via Indian Consumer Complaints Forum dtd: 27.04.2017 relating to Yellow Line at Toll Plaza on Mumbai Pune Express, Highway.

            In this regard, we would like to clarify as under:

            There is no Notification / GR issued by Govt. of Maharashtra, relating to Yellow Line at aforesaid project.
            For fast clearance of traffic we have following arrangements:
            a) Deployed ‘Hand Held Ticketing Devices’.
            b) Deploying additional manpower ahead of toll booths.
            c) Reversible lanes which have lesser traffic are opened during peak hours.

            Moreover, we wish to state, that we have deployed qualified and efficient caring staff, at all our plaza locations who are well trained on their job and amicable customer behavior etc.

            Hope this will suffices to all your queries.

              The toll amount is rs 37.5/- and when we gave them rs 40/- they give rs. 3/- back but never remaining 50 paisa and then if we asked they take time to give or tell us to swipe the card. I went their office to register complaint they dont give their pen & tell us to buy on our own also did not share shift incharge name did not give any officer contact details. And all are very rude to speak and start fighting with you and use rough language yo speak

              Greetings,
              This is in response to your complaint received through ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ Portal, dtd: 12th March 2017, relating to non refund of 0.50 paisa to you at our Kavadipath Toll Plaza on Pune Solapur Highway.

              At the outset, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and thank you very much for bringing the incident to our notice.

              In this regard, we wish to further clarify as under:
              Our Sr. Management has thoroughly gone through your complaint and also viewed the CCTV Footage & it is learnt that you had requested for free passage, as your vehicle belong to MH 12 registration (MH 12 NT 1874), residing at Hadapsar (Pune) and argued over toll payment with on duty Toll Staff. You also demanded for ‘Complaint Book’, which was promptly arranged, copy of your hand written complaint is enclosed herewith in support. There were no any incident of fighting & misbehavior by our staff, as alleged by you.

              Please be informed that as per Govt. Notification No.S.O.1404 (E) there is no exemption to any individuals in the payment of toll charges except the ones mentioned in the aforesaid notification.

              The same was conveyed to you by our staff. You then paid Rs.40/- for toll payment of Return Pass of Rs.37.50, as per Car Category was issued and balance of Rs.3/- instead of Rs.2.50, was refunded to you (0.50 excess paid ), which you have admitted in your email. You then left the plaza duly satisfied.

              In conclusion, we deny all your allegations.
              .

                Hello,
                My name is Shishir Srivastava
                I Stay at Vadodara and have to commute daily to Anand.
                Previously i had a vehicle details are : i 20 - GJ06 FC 5326 - as per google map the distance was 20.3 KM from the toll, but as per rule it was within the "radius" of 20 KM from the toll. I was issued the monthly pass then.

                I have now sold my i20 and have purchased a new vehicle having the same address registration and new number GJ06 KH 3643 - i requested the toll authorities to cancel my previous monthly pass and re-issue a new one against the new vehicle no.

                I also showed them Vehicle Registration and my identity with address (Passport), but now the authorities are denying to issue new card more over they are saying that they will cancel my current monthly pass as well.

                Please let me know if you can help in the matter. I will be going today again to pursue the matter with the toll authorities but i think as tax paying citizen of the country we should not be harrassed the way we are being treated.

                Just because we are honest and wanted to re-new our monthly pass i am being harrassed by the authorities whereas it was a straight forward process of issuance of new pass and cancellation of my old pass.

                Please help in the matter above.

                    Irresponsible, Pathetic and ridiculous is the word if i want to describe this Company.

                    Versova Bridge near Fountain Hotel.
                    Work is not even started since 4 months but they are blocking the roads every 25 mins and they are so dishearted company that they are not understanding the pain of the people who travels day in and day out.There main objective is eat money money & money but haven't deliver a work of a single peny.
                    I dont know how severe the condition of the bridge is but please take things seriously and finish the work as soon as possible.People are getting restless.

                      Toll tax in bagwada near vapi, dist valsad
                      Gj 15, dd, dn passing vehicles are not required to pay toll tax at the same, but there is separate queue for that but toll management not managing well even other passing vehicles are entering in that queue and due to heavy movement of gj 15, dd, dn passing vehciles, unnecessary resulting in traffic at toll booth. Further staff is standing near booth but not at distance where other passing vehicles are coming in that zone. Further at distance where there is drainage line coming in toll booth way, many times heavy vehicles jam that way so small vehicles have to stay unnecessary, i request by requesting municipality create road over there and close that drainage line, so traffic can be reduced. I am attaching video for your reference and staff standing near booth.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        Warm regards. Myself Dr. Supreet Prabhu owner of car GJ7-BR-8989 is a daily commuter on NE-I from Vadodara to Nadiad. In response to our PM sir's call for digital India I purchased the FASTTAG pass. i was promised that there would be a dedicated line for the holders of FAST TAG passes. Since last one month whenever I want to enter from the Vadodara side of the NE-I, I notice that all vehicles are using the dedicated tract with no differentiation. This problem is there esp in the morning hours at around 6-7 am In fact the line at the Fast Tag is the longest because not only are the vehicles of FAST TAG passes lined up but also the other vehicles with no FAST TAGS esp the heavy vehicles. In fact the lines are so long approx 15-20 vehicles that it is even difficult for someone to make out which is the FAST TAG line.. If we enter any other line we are made to pay the toll stating that this pass wont work in any other line except the FAST TAG one.
                        I request you to take strict action against IRB INFRA which is managing NE-I and order them not to allow any other vehicles on the FAST TAG line at VADODARA except the ones with the tags. In case they are not doing it they should allow this FAST TAG to be used on all other lines as they have a mobile scanning system. Till this is done I see no advantage of having the FAST TAG pass, in fact it appears to be a disadvantage.

                        1. We have for reference your email dtd: 28.12.16; relating to Fastag issues experienced by you at Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway, received by us through ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ & we wish to clarify as under :

                        We appreciate your concern to support Digital India Campaign of Govt. Of India & We apologies inconvenience caused to you.

                        Please be informed that presently we have one dedicated fastag lanes in each direction at Vadodara Toll Plaza on Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway.

                        Recently due to demonetization by Govt. and restrictions of cash withdrawals by RBI, users mostly transport owners have purchased fastags for their heavy vehicles which mainly caused inconvenience to you.

                        Secondly, there was some technical issues with Fast Readers

                        To overcome the aforesaid problems we are putting in place the following arrangements:
                        1. Mobile RFID readers are being made available in the lanes adjacent to the Fastag lanes.
                        2. Ejection lane is being made at the beginning of the Fastag lane to ensure only Fastag vehicles are allowed to ply in the Fastag lane.

                        Dear Sir / Madam
                        I am a frequent user of NH in Tamilnadu especially uses the route Pondicherry to Chennai.

                        In response to our PM sir's call for digital India I purchased the FASTTAG pass. i was promised that there would be a dedicated line for the holders of FAST TAG passes, But till date There were no separate lanes for FAST TAG.

                        I find it very hard to cross the Toll Plazas, as the Travellers not bothered to follow the lane and even the staffs show no sign of supporting/ Controlling the Lane.

                        The Staffs recruited at the PARANUR TOLL are very rude and misbehave like Rowdies.
                        The Staffs are neither trained nor equipped to a standard.

                        And everyday its verry horrible to cross the TOLLA PLAZAS located at PARANUR AND ATHUR.

                        Till this is done I see no advantage of having the FAST TAG pass, in fact it appears to be a disadvantage.

                        Dear sir/ Madam, I have applied for fastag on-line customer I D no. 10946780 in favor Dr Kunal Jain on 09/12/2018. As the rc wasn't readable they advised me to reload the rc copy . I did it approx 20 time readable RC copy. But again and again they are sending me the same message to reload the RC . Sir now I can't reload my RC any more and I have purchased fastag from the local agent with in 20 ms. Please help me to refund my amount. As the customer care representative are of no use.                           I was travelling from pune to Mumbai on 26/12/16 and reached Talegaon Toll Plaze and was in Toll No. W00. The photo of toll ticket as attached.

                          I gave my credit card for payment and after sometime, the person told me that there is failure in payment, pl pay by cash. I gave him cash.

                          After crossing the boom barrier, i saw that i had received msg on my cell phone that card transaction was completed and i was debited the amount on my card.

                          I parked my car on side and went back to the booth. I saw the car behind me also paid by card and there was no problem with machine.

                          I told that the transaction was complete by showing him the sms on my phone and he should give me my cash back. The guy made me wait for 10 mins in order to find manager. but manager did not come and some another operator came & told me that ill receive another msg in short time that amount is reversed.

                          Since i was with my small children and there was lot of traffic, i did not want to waste my time & trusted the guy & left.

                          After sometime, i got an email also from my bank that transaction on card was completed. This means that operators at booth are cheating people when anyone tries to use card.

                          this absolutely sheer case of fraud.

                            Dear sir,
                            This is with respect to the incident happened with me today at Nandgaon Toll Plaza, while travelling from Amravati to Nagpur by my own vehicle reg no : MH31DC8936. Make :Maruti Suzuki : zen estilo

                            Below are the details of the incidents :
                            1) I was in a queue for paying the toll fee, suddenly a truck started moving in a reverse direction, which suddenly hit the bumper of my vehicle from the front side, by which the windshield glass is cracked, also the bumper got damaged,
                            2) By the grace of God, there was no vehicle behind me so that, I was able to take my vehicle reveres, so that I can survive,
                            3) After moving my vehicle in reverse for 50 to 60 feet, I packed my vehicle, and tried to understand, what is the issue,
                            4) I understood that the Toll booth operating system was not working, so that the operator has informed the driver to take the vehicle in reverse direction and join the another queue.
                            Kindly the clarify the below points.

                            1) How come the toll booth stop working suddenly,
                            2) What is the standard operating procedure you are following if booth systems are stopped working,
                            3) What is the procedure followed to put the vehicles in other queue,
                            4) What are the safety measure / precaution being taken if any accident are happen, as it happened today with me,
                            5) What the compensation I will be getting for the damages that has happened to my vehicle.
                            6) Why no body from the toll plaza not helped me to sort out the issue at the toll plaza, even the truck succeed to pass away very easily, without hurdle,

                            Request to kindly check out the video footage of the incident, kindly let me know, what compensation I will be getting for the damages that has happened to my vehicle.

                            I am attaching here with the toll plaza tkt, vehicle can be seen at my residence at nagpur, photo of the crack windshield cannot be visible in photographs,

                            Kindly revert within 48 hrs positively, without fail, with the course of action .

                              The mulund check naka toll is totally illlegal. Rti also not giving proper reply to us. I stay at bhandup l b s rd. Till 2009 they have recoverd the money which they spent to costruct the bridge. Now they r i. E. Extorting money from travellers people includes, shivsena, bjp, ncp, cong. Police. And tmc staff doing this. Mr. Phadnavis cm shuold look into the matter and stop this.

                                I had purchased monthly pass for Nov 2016 on 1st Nov, post 8th Dec per govt. Toll charges were waived for almost entire month.typically for all the users who had purchased monthly pass- the validity of pass should have been extended thru' Dec, which is not the case.
                                I seek an explanation as to why is it so, and also would appreciate if I am been provided with any government notification which states that users are required to purchase monthly pass for Dec 2016 again abd Nov amount won't be c/fd

                                  At this toll they forced us cash toll, they said ur icici rfid tag is not working pay in cash so we paid after a long dispute.
                                  Now we come to know that they don't have sense to operate etc lane bcoz etc lane was also used for cash lane and now when we saw that, that toll was deducted from tag and we also paid in cash.
                                  Toll employees where totally irrespective towards us.
                                  Plz give strict instructions for etc tag.

                                    As per rule if car registration number is GJ 05 or a resident of surat than he dont have to pay the toll taxes.

                                    On 29/10/2016 toll plaza employee collected toll from my end as the car registration No is Gj23 which i purchased on my native Address however shown my company Id card & visiting card, Gas bill and bank pass book copy as a proof of surat resident but the employee refuse to accept and behaved very harshly with me. He was continously asking my driving licence for proof of surat residents but that licence is issued from permanent Address place. I try to make him understand and explained him regarding the proof but he again refused to see.

                                    From last so many years i am showing the same id card for exception. I paid on 29th/10/2016 Rs 65 and 02/11/2016 rs 100.

                                      This is the complaint regarding the Tiwasa brodge toll ( Amravati- Nagpur Highway) Maharshtra. We observed from last 1 year the staff at this toll is insufficient and crating long waiting lines for vahicle havinf toll Rs. only 10 for
                                      4 wheelars. However, more people have to spend 15 min to wait. This create lot of pollution and fuel loss of the country.
                                      It is requested to resolved this issue within 15 days otherwise we have to forward this issue at at Central Pollution Control Board.(CPCB), Maharashtra.

                                        I have my property within 5 km stretch of Somatne phata . I am a permanent resident of talegaon dabhade and need to travel everyday to my office. I have my car registered on my permanent address in talegaon, have my annexure 2 of my home registration and my aadahar card with my permanent address.

                                        Why do I need to pay toll tax at Somatne Phata? IRB stuffs do not know how to behave with people and they are all BS.

                                        Can I get a clear answer?
