My car not a go away on hivargaon pavsa toll buth ..but toll 100 rs cutting my fast tag account..pl confirm me reason..

My car MH 14 FC 2573 ..is proper in govind nagar, sangamner .free toll for hivargaon pavasa toll buth..but yesterday 100 rs cutting on wrong time in my fasttag account.pl refund me ..

I used to travel from Jaipur to Chittorgarh. Along the way I noticed that there is a huge amount of heavy particles of Silica(Bajri) and dust on both sides of road (along the divider and on road side). As per the rules the Toll collecting company is responsible for the cleanliness of the road till its range, But in our Toll area Gangrar (PIN code 312901) Toll collecting company (IRB) is not cleaning the road on a regular basis since the construction of 6 lane was completed. I request the honorable Authority take steict actions against IRB on violating the rules made by NHAI.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I was traveling from Mumbai-Rune today. I started my journey at 4.00pm and reached khalapur toll at around 6.13pm(3rd July 2022). Toll was automatically deducted from my fastag and happily proceeded to Pune.
On reaching Talegaon at 7.14pm (3rd July 2022), the Toll collector stopped me and asked for an additional fund of 203/- as I had deliberately recharged 300/- in my FastTag Account. He started shouting at us and he didn't allow me to proceed further and eventually paid the additional amount in cash (203/-).
For entire journey, I landed up paying double toll.

Res Sir my name is Prathviraj Singh Vithalsingh Chauhan Age 75 Occupation Farmer.My farm is located on Dhule Solapur Highway in Georai ta Georai Dist Beed build by IRB . Due to seasons first rain in my farm lot of water stored because there is no Outsource of gutter and now start rainy season in four month of rainy season water stored in my farm.my all crop get waste .how I survive so pls provide gutter.

On 19th June 2021, I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune. At Khalapur Toll Plaza the toll of rupees 270 cash was charged due to a technical problem in the Fast tag reader, later also 203 rupees were debited from the fast tag.

I need a refund of rupees 270.

Dear Sir/Madam, on 19/6/22 I travelled through Mumbai-Pune return same day. While returning from Pune I was informed at khalapur toll staff due to low balance in my fast tag toll not deducted I will have to pay cash ₹203. I informed pass me through i have a valid fast tag and will auto deduct once recharge done but the lady didn’t listen so was forced to pay cash as per photo of receipt attached. Later when I reach home I recharged my fast tag and find that immediately my fast tag also was deducted for ₹203 as per screenshot of SMS attached. Since I’m charged twice request to refund the amount to my car no MH03DK2264.

I was traveled form pine to Mumbai on 8th June and I has paid cash amount of 270 rs at talegaon toll due to insufficient amount in fast tag receipt attached here, but at khalapur even showing receipt 203 rs deducted from fast tag. This is not acceptable at all. Kindly refund deducted amount at khalapur toll.

Further when I reached Talegaon toll, it should deduct more 67 Rs from my account as Mumbai to Pune full toll is 270 Rs. also I was having enough money in the account to pay 67 Rs. still in that case toll authority asked me for 406 Rs in cash.

My complaint is that even after having enough money to pay the toll, toll authority asked for extra toll and I had to pay. I paid total 203 + 406 = 609 Rs toll.

Please support here in order to get my excessive money reimbursed.

I’m a serving defence personnel. I was travelling from Mumbai to Chennai on 11 June 2022 in my car and while crossing the Guilalu toll plaza in the Tavarekere-Chitradurga section, I presented my service ID card. I was exempted from all other toll plazas on the way, however, on this particular plaza, the toll gate operator refused to let me go on presenting my ID card. He said I would have to pay the toll of Rs. 80. Since there were many vehicles lining up behind me and I did not want to disrupt highway traffic behind me, I paid and moved on. I also had a lot of distance to cover so could not stop there to clarify things with supervisor right then. That is the reason I’m raising the issue on this portal. It is not about Rs. 80 that I had to pay, but it is about the numerous serving defence personnel who might cross these types of toll plazas where they have to get harassed at the hands of such toll gate operators. I understand that exempted fastags are now available but personnel are still getting those fastags issued and not widely being used as of now. I myself have applied for the exempted fastag and it is still under process. But at least for the time being these toll plazas may also allow on presenting ID card. Hope my concern is appropriately dealt with.

at khalapur toll naka rs 203 deducted through my fasttag and at tathawde toll naka as my fasttag went to low balance at toll naka they charged me again Rs 203.

I am local user of Surat city. My vehicle no. is GJ05CP2856.
on the date of 28th may 2022, I was cross with my vehicle and the charge of toll fare was 80 RS deducted. I did already registered local user form in past at toll plaza. after this submission Toll was deducted as local user on the date of 8 Nov 2022. but after this date toll deducted as 80 RS, so refund excess amount of 60 Rs.

On May 25, 2022 -- I drove from Mumbai on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway to pass the Khalapur toll plaza (at around 1030am; vehicle number -- MH01BF5770) & then took the first left exit for some work at Parali, which is about 10kms from the toll plaza. There is NO exit toll

I again drove back to Mumbai the same way -- at around (2pm)

According to local residents -- there is no toll charges -- as there is NO exit toll station that I encountered at all

My Kotak Fast Tag has been debited for 203/- each way ... total of Rs 406/- which is wrong

At Khalapur Toll Plaza we were charged
₹203 each way whereas the usual amount
is ₹90 each way.

My FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 110 for transaction by Vehicle MH02DN7484 at Toll Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T16:44:04.
The vehicle is owned by Col. Vinod Gawde who was personally driving the vehicle. As per government norms, he hold exemption and Toll Plaza should not be charging him.

Request to refund the deducted amount of Rs 110 immediately.

Today, Sunday 29 May 2022 I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune.The toll has been deducted at both the toll plaza on express way at Khalapur and Talegaon toll plaza.The details of transaction id and fastag are attached for your reference.
Kindly review the details and refund the additional deducted amount.

1. I started for Pune from Imagica Water Park in Khopoli on 26th May 2022. Please see attached Imagica Booking Confirmation.png as well as Paytm FASTag Toll Report.png as a proof of my visit to Imagica.

2. I crossed Khalapur Toll Plaza going towards Mumbai at 8:27 PM by mistake and was charged a toll of Rs. 135/-. Please see attached Paytm FASTag Toll Report.png for the same.

3. I took the exit from Khalapur to take a U-turn, so I could go to Pune and crossed Khalapur Toll Plaza again at 8:41 PM. I was charged a toll of Rs. 135/- this time again. Please see attached Paytm FASTag Toll Report.png for the same.

4. I travelled on the Expressway till Lonavala and exited the Expressway at Lonavala to travel to Pune using the Old Mumbai - Pune Highway NH48 for the remaining journey. Please see attached Kusgaon NH48 Toll.jpeg and Dehu Road NH48 Toll.jpeg as a proof for the same.

Please let me know how much should I be charged for travelling on the Expressway from Khalapur to Lonavala.

I should not be charged twice on the Khalapur Toll Plaza. In fact, I should not be charged at all. Please refund Rs. 270/- incurred for the same.
