Hello Team,

I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune via expressway on 12th June, 2022. Before I start the journey FASTtag balance was 288 Rs. When passing by Khalapur toll, rupees 203 deducted from my account and then the balance about in my FASTtag was 85 Rs.

Further when I reached Talegaon toll, it should deduct more 67 Rs from my account as Mumbai to Pune full toll is 270 Rs. also I was having enough money in the account to pay 67 Rs. still in that case toll authority asked me for 406 Rs in cash.

My complaint is that even after having enough money to pay the toll, toll authority asked for extra toll and I had to pay. I paid total 203 + 406 = 609 Rs toll.

Please support here in order to get my excessive money reimbursed.

I’m a serving defence personnel. I was travelling from Mumbai to Chennai on 11 June 2022 in my car and while crossing the Guilalu toll plaza in the Tavarekere-Chitradurga section, I presented my service ID card. I was exempted from all other toll plazas on the way, however, on this particular plaza, the toll gate operator refused to let me go on presenting my ID card. He said I would have to pay the toll of Rs. 80. Since there were many vehicles lining up behind me and I did not want to disrupt highway traffic behind me, I paid and moved on. I also had a lot of distance to cover so could not stop there to clarify things with supervisor right then. That is the reason I’m raising the issue on this portal. It is not about Rs. 80 that I had to pay, but it is about the numerous serving defence personnel who might cross these types of toll plazas where they have to get harassed at the hands of such toll gate operators. I understand that exempted fastags are now available but personnel are still getting those fastags issued and not widely being used as of now. I myself have applied for the exempted fastag and it is still under process. But at least for the time being these toll plazas may also allow on presenting ID card. Hope my concern is appropriately dealt with.

at khalapur toll naka rs 203 deducted through my fasttag and at tathawde toll naka as my fasttag went to low balance at toll naka they charged me again Rs 203.

Dear sir,
I am local user of Surat city. My vehicle no. is GJ05CP2856.
on the date of 28th may 2022, I was cross with my vehicle and the charge of toll fare was 80 RS deducted. I did already registered local user form in past at toll plaza. after this submission Toll was deducted as local user on the date of 8 Nov 2022. but after this date toll deducted as 80 RS, so refund excess amount of 60 Rs.

please refer attached receipt of toll charge.

On May 25, 2022 -- I drove from Mumbai on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway to pass the Khalapur toll plaza (at around 1030am; vehicle number -- MH01BF5770) & then took the first left exit for some work at Parali, which is about 10kms from the toll plaza. There is NO exit toll

I again drove back to Mumbai the same way -- at around (2pm)

According to local residents -- there is no toll charges -- as there is NO exit toll station that I encountered at all

My Kotak Fast Tag has been debited for 203/- each way ... total of Rs 406/- which is wrong

I request support in reversal of the same, at the earliest pls

At Khalapur Toll Plaza we were charged
₹203 each way whereas the usual amount
is ₹90 each way.
Pls refund the excess amount ₹226.

My FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 110 for transaction by Vehicle MH02DN7484 at Toll Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T16:44:04.
The vehicle is owned by Col. Vinod Gawde who was personally driving the vehicle. As per government norms, he hold exemption and Toll Plaza should not be charging him.

Request to refund the deducted amount of Rs 110 immediately.

Today, Sunday 29 May 2022 I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune.The toll has been deducted at both the toll plaza on express way at Khalapur and Talegaon toll plaza.The details of transaction id and fastag are attached for your reference.
Kindly review the details and refund the additional deducted amount.

1. I started for Pune from Imagica Water Park in Khopoli on 26th May 2022. Please see attached Imagica Booking Confirmation.png as well as Paytm FASTag Toll Report.png as a proof of my visit to Imagica.

2. I crossed Khalapur Toll Plaza going towards Mumbai at 8:27 PM by mistake and was charged a toll of Rs. 135/-. Please see attached Paytm FASTag Toll Report.png for the same.

3. I took the exit from Khalapur to take a U-turn, so I could go to Pune and crossed Khalapur Toll Plaza again at 8:41 PM. I was charged a toll of Rs. 135/- this time again. Please see attached Paytm FASTag Toll Report.png for the same.

4. I travelled on the Expressway till Lonavala and exited the Expressway at Lonavala to travel to Pune using the Old Mumbai - Pune Highway NH48 for the remaining journey. Please see attached Kusgaon NH48 Toll.jpeg and Dehu Road NH48 Toll.jpeg as a proof for the same.

Please let me know how much should I be charged for travelling on the Expressway from Khalapur to Lonavala.

I should not be charged twice on the Khalapur Toll Plaza. In fact, I should not be charged at all. Please refund Rs. 270/- incurred for the same.

I have MH14 passing zen estilo, but they still collected toll for me @Somantane phata tollplaza using fasttag on 25 May 2022 . Kindly refund it .

Yesterday Wednesday, 25 May 2022, @ 06:10am, I crossed Urse toll (Talegaon Toll Naka) comming from Pune to Mumbai. I was charged Rs540 at Urse toll (MAHARASHTRA) by cash(Debit card used), attached is the receipt. After 10-15 mins I received message from IDFC Bank for my ETC tag Account at 06.11am that Rs203 are charged and debited from my account. The person on the toll counter was completely aware that I have paid the amount in cash and though he had deducted amount from ETC Tag. Attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from ETC account.

At Talegao toll plaza on 20.05.2022 at 20:08:38 fast tag was not recognized and I had been charged double the rate enroot. Rs 540 / was charged. Transaction no [protected]
I showed the receipt at Khalapur toll plaza at 22:37 Simultaneously Below Ref NETC/MH46AP1152/[protected]/K Rs 203.00 deducted through Fast tag.

The overall story says that the toll plaza operation is headache to travelers rather than convenience. Requesting refund of Rs 540.00 ASAP after appropriate enquairy.

Have been charged additional toll of rs 135 at Kusgaon after I made an exit at Lonavala coming from Pune and re-entered towards Mumbai.

When I entered Expressway, I was charged at Talegaon - Rs. 203 at 9:39:30
When I exited Lonavala and re-entered I was charged at Kusgaon - Rs. 135 at 10:47:34
Then I exited Expressway, I was charged at Khalapur - Rs. 68 at 11:50:59

Pre-FastTag, we were exempted from Kusgaon.

We are coming from khapoli to Mumbai there between one toll both talking payment in cash we are arguing with them so told us we don't have insufficient balance so them over wallet then after they taking tall in cash payment mode.

So please look in this your mismanagement.

I was travelling on Mumbai Pune Highway. On 6th May while traveling towards Pune. I Paid toll of Rs 203. When i entered on khalapur toll naka.

While returing from Pune on 8th may, at Talegaon toll plaza. I told them i have to get off at lonavala. Still theu have taken 270 rs from me. When i told them while coming i have paid 203 rs. The counter person rudely said "itna hi toll hai lonavala ka, waha pe likha hai".
I feel i have been charged extra.
Look into this.

I was travelling in my car (Reg. MH14HQ2367) from Mumbai to Pune on 7th May 2022. I entered the expressway and paid INR 203 at Khalapur Toll Plaza at 07:26 PM.

However, while exiting the expressway at Talegaon Toll Plaza, I entered the fastag lane and I couldn't see any fasttag detector. The operator at the toll booth kept saying that I do not have enough balance as the amount to be collected at the toll was INR 67. Whereas...

Boys at toll plaza are very arrogant and dnt talk properly,

Specifically young boys needs to be told to behave properly,

Travelling with family still boys are so rude and arrogant.

I was traveling on 3 May 2022 from shedung to panvel. I'm local resident of neral so I had paid Rs 21 in cash for single journey for local vehicle. I have attached toll receipt. Still I was charged Rs 41 through Fastag as normal vehicle. I would request you to return that extra amount Rs 41 deducted through Fastag. Pls refer attached image.
