Irb Shedung Toll — Refund of Rs. 87 (Rs. 46 & Rs. 41) charged double.

Dear Sir,

I was travelling to Karjat on Monday 27.7.20, around 7.30 pm, by vehicle no. MH02DG0756.

I have a fastag on this vehicle but inspite of the tag I was asked to pay by cash also.

I was charged double at the Shedung toll & next toll before reaching Karjat.

Kindly refund me Rs. 87 which must be lying extra in your Monday 27.7.20 evening collection.

Tried attaching both toll slips in the format suggested by you but cannot upload.
