I live in jammu in channi himmat colony sector 4... My complaint is 2 months earlier a storm happened and the box on the pole from where the electricity is coming into my house that box gate just blows away in storm... And after that problem occurred... Right now total 4 mcb's in that box has been short circuited due to rain.. And the electricity of my whole house is gone in the midnight... I told the ircon jammu to change that box as this thing had happened now 20 times but they hasent listen to our problem. Today also my electricity is gone and i have to write this complaint. So i think after this my issue will be resolved sooner than later.
