Contractors are using sub standard material in installation of poles for electric cable in Bhaderwah.
It is the matter of concern that the ERCON company is using sub standard material in installation of poles in Bhaderwah as well as in technical work. The cement used by company is of sub standard quality which is not a approved brand for such technical work. The earthing done by company is totally an eye wash and interesting thing is that same persons are doing the work of digging pit, fixing poles, earthing, cabling so how is it possible that the laborers will do the technical work like earthing and cabling which is the work of technicians and engineers. No technical persons like technician's or JE, s were present on the sites and all the works are carried out by the laborers of contractor. Physical and technical both works are continue violating all the norms like ratio of material, quality of material and last but not least that technical work which is most important phase of this project is done by simple laborers. We demand inquiry in this matter as soon as possible by the administration because it is the matter related to security of peoples of Bhaderwah as fake earthing, use of sub standard material and compromise in height of poles are dangerous for future as all knows that it is snow bound area where this type of violation can cause severe harm to peoples in winter season. Once again we request to administration to look into the matter.
