I am travelling by paschim express from bdts to ndls. I ordered veg biryani for 60/- ruppees. I told the catering personnel the price is more than the scheduled price by irctc. Again i asked for veg meals and the price for it before ordering. He replied 90/-. I argued with him that the scheduled price is 65/- for this. I will pay 65/- he did not accept to give me the meals on this price. I wanted to buy a juice packet of 100 ml at its mrp of 15/- ruppees but he was charging 5/- rupees in excess of the mrp of 15/- he did not accept to sell less than 20/- rupees.
I request you to take immediate and necessary action in this matter and also suggest to implement a rate card showing the price of each item, to be carried by catering personnel at the time of taking order or delivery. Was this information helpful? |
